The most important thing is that you should accept that life is imperfect and that you cannot get everything that you want.
This book is excellent to reduce your desire to transition:
Yes, very much soo. Everyone should take magnesium supplements they ground your anxiety and improve your GABA function which treats inflammation and supports emotional intelligence.

Insteresting.
These studies still suffer from the "mental illness" framework, which some argue is just a way of psychiatrists to force people to conform:

Today we understand that "gender identity" is a religion rather than a medical concept.

If you want to improve heterosexual read this german sexology book in eglish. Sexual Medicine in Clinical Practice https://www.amazon.com/Sexual-Medicine-Clinical-Practice-Klaus-ebook/dp/B00AKIFMQE You can find it in z-library. Authors discussed in the book the concpet of "syndyastic sexual therapy" which goal isn't a particular copulatroy behavuours, but attachment and intimacy. By the way, female sexuality is based more on attachment (oxytocen system) than male sexuality. Male sexuality is more stimuli oriented (stimuli-reaction). If it is true that some agp males have feminised sexuality than they are good candidates for "syndyastic sexual therapy". Also don't listent supporters of american radical behaviorism, who advice "orgasmic reconditioning", "masturbatory satiation", etc. It is not based on the current understanding of the brain. We should consider conditioning in the context of dynamic system theory, behavioral system theory. It means that particular sexual preference isn't random it is embedded deeply in particular dymanic system (personality) and it evolves according to the rule and constraints of such system.
Men Trapped in Men's Bodies: Narratives of Autogynephilic Transsexualism , Anne Lawrence https://surveyanon.files.wordpress.com/2017/07/men-trapped-in-mens-bodies_book.pdf
This is the definitive best book for learning about AGP. Since it's specifically about AGPTS, it is likely showing the stronger cases.
There's also this book published before AGP was a published concept:
Transvestites and Transsexuals: Toward a Theory of Cross-Gender Behavior , Richard F. Docter . PDF https://www.semanticscholar.org/paper/Transvestites-and-Transsexuals%3A-Toward-a-Theory-of-Docter/e99d9be126fe91fb4b5dc0ac09f4d53a1493a354
This book talks about the psychological factors and the development process towards transsexualism in transvestites. It's from 1988 so it's far from perfect, but in conceptualizing it as a developmental process it offers a novel way of looking at it. When you finish Anne Lawrence's book, read this one too.
I hope these information resources are helpful to you. They have been to me.
