Orthostatic hypotension - see a doctor - it may get worse and can be quite serious. If you are losing your vision it is probably already pretty bad.
It might not be what you eat - so much as that you have eaten and your body relaxes.
You may not be sleeping properly and this leaves you tired. As soon as your body relaxes it shuts down to get you the sleep you need and are not getting over night.
Many people with Sleep Apnea do not even know they have it - because while they wake constantly during the night, they never wake up enough to realize it. Sleep Apnea is common in those who are over-weight.
I've got the Cardio II, which ceased production in '95, and I remember having a similarly confusing hunt for the replacement diaphragm when it vanished during my shift.
I was lucky to have an excellent university hospital bookstore at my disposal, and they hooked it up.
That's an irrelevant aside though because Amazon reviews has you covered. The answer seems to be yes.

>Lost the diaphragm cover randomly at work for my Cardiology IV stethoscope. I was nervous that the replacement part was going to break after reading reviews but decided to try it for myself anyways. I was very careful when placing it on my stethoscope. It fit perfectly! So glad I decided to just go with it.
At under $20 for the kit, that's kind of a steal. Those fucking earpieces on their own are like $12 a set.
IANAD, but my wife has had a number of bladder infections and a couple of bad kidney infections. She's also had a kidney stone once (not suffering from bladder/kidney infections at the time).
The sharp, stabby back pain sounds more like a kidney stone, especially the rapid onset.
OP, if you don't get a response from a doctor here soon, review this site for the symptoms:
https://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/kidney-stones/symptoms-causes/syc-20355755
If you have any concerns whatsoever, please do not hesitate to seek immediate professional medical help. The pain from a kidney stone can be quite unbearable.
There are many reasons for dark circles under the eyes. In fact, the majority of causes have nothing to do with aging. Here is more information: https://www.mayoclinic.org/symptoms/dark-circles-under-eyes/basics/causes/sym-20050624
As for the "wrinkles", some people have extra creasing under the eye. You'll see this a lot with people who have bulging eyes or larger eyes. This girl is an excellent example! https://koreaboo.global.ssl.fastly.net/wp-content/uploads/2016/11/11-650x416.png Those creases aren't age-related, she has big beautiful eyes that are going to result in more definition below the eye.
It is hard to diagnose anything over the internet, and there isn't a lot of info here. That said, what info you are giving leads me to think you need to rule out some things. Were I you, I would make an appointment to see a medical doctor. Use the words "possible inguinal hernia" (go ahead and google it) when you call for the appointment. Tell them you need to get in today.

Yes, as Mkitty says, head for the ER (or A&E). They should be able to give you something for the pain. Might be a cluster headache? https://www.webmd.com/migraines-headaches/guide/cluster-headaches
Get tested for food allergies. From what I heard a common allergy can be gluten. I have ADHD and when I eat gluten definitely notice an affect to my concentration, Remember with especially with gluten i hear it is 70% a false negative meaning that you may be allergic but most of the time the test shows that you are not. The best way to do this is doing an elimination diet. but if you want to test do the stool antigen test which is suppose to be the most accurate. There is a book on amazon you might want to follow its called The Auto Immune Protocal It tells you about the elimination diet. I know it sucks, I love sugar, bread and carbs, but I've been strictly ketogenic paleo for 5 months. I have never been so thin and tone, not to mention the symptoms of my ADHD are practically non existent. It hard though, because you literally have like 10 food items you can eat. Oh and also don't have a "cheat day" because these cheat days can set you back several weeks. If you have a gluten allergy and you have cheat day once a week... If you are allergic to a certain protein say...gluten, well if you have cheat meal the effect of ingesting gluten can last weeks. Oh I am not a doctor btw, my experiences are probably anecdotal. Remember though... doctors don't receive extensive nutritional training when they are studying medicine, so I recommend going to a Naturopathic Nutritionist, preferably a paleo one since they tend to be big on food allergies.
In the meantime I suggest you supplement with Collagen protein like this one...Collagen Peptides Powder (16oz) | Grass-Fed, Certified Paleo Friendly, Non-Gmo and Gluten Free - Unflavored https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00XQ2XGAA/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_Tz9CCb0P7H702
Zygote Body is a neat way to visualize everything put together. If you want intense reading you could buy or rent the typical medical anatomy texts online or look for them at your local library.
