I get the the mouth ulcers (also on tongue and in my throat). The most effective thing I’ve found for me is OraCoat B12 Melts. They adhere to your mouth and slowly dissolve/release the medication. I’ve slept with them in and never had an issue. If I start using them as soon as I feel a sore starting, I might only need 4-6 of them. For bigger or multiple sores, I often use the whole box. I put them as close to the sore (or worst sore) as possible. I can’t find them locally, but amazon has them.
I hope you can find some relief
My husband often says that he’s cold. I bought him these. He was doubtful, but he says they really work. He often has to take them off because feet are TOO HOT!

Hi, So sorry to hear what you are going through.
You are right to be worried that it is not really the right strategy for some new condition/symptom show up? Or to finally have a basket of symptoms that can be classified as a "disease"
May I suggest that you are arm yourself with the knowledge of how disease progression takes place? Of why once we are on the "autoimmune spectrum" we can go on to develop different autoimmune conditions unless we change our environment?

Highly recommend this book by Dr Tom O'Bryan called "The autoimmune fix"
Hope this helps! Take care
Hey sorry your feeling lousy :( ive been on a journey myself with brain fog. Long story not so long, I refused plaquenil while on cellcept (to help save my kidneys). I've been to holistic doctors too. My remedies are to eat a lot of bone broth bowls with veggies, and take the proper supplements to feed your body the nutrients it needs. Diet and supplements are vital imo to long term health. Here's what I take now and my Brian fog is long gone:
--Morning
--I start with shake containing:
--Orgain meal powder - amazon
--Orgain superfood powder - amazon
--garden of life perfect food powder (used to take this a lot, but transitioned to the orgain superfood powder) - amazon
--Flax Seed (store) or Gerbs super seed blend (flax, pumpkin, chia, etc) - amazon
--I then take(these are available at Amazon, locally, or swansonvitamins.com):
--acai/ginger/turmeric blend
--omega 3, helps with heart/blood
--PQQ, helps with mitochondrial repair
--CoQ10, helps heart
--L-Glutamine, helps a bunch of stuff
--glutathione
--Vitamin D
--Vitamin C
--msm
--Sulforaphane from Broccoli Sprout Extract
--cognitex with brain shield
--l-lysine
--circumin complex
--spirulina/astaxan
--magnesium/calcium/zinc
--monolaurin (take on occasion)
--Lunch
--multivitamin with no iron
--flaxseed oil caps.
--reserveratol
--alpha lipoic acid
--acai/ginger/turmeric
--ginger root
--enzymes
--lung essentials
--olive leaf extract
--dhea
--milk thistle
--berberine
--swanson Dynamic Balance Blend Soil-Based Organisms
--fenugreek
--plant sterols
--Dinner
--betaine hcl (only on days with heavy meats)
Check out my submissions history and please AMA about hyperthermia. I've posted a lot of journal articles. You might want to ctrl-f for the hyperthermia and curcumin.
I get this bulk curcumin from amazon, though obviously, the brand isn't important.
Take it with a pinch of regular black pepper - there is a compound in pepper (piperine) that makes the curcumin much more bioavailable (ie 10-20x). Dissolving it in vegetable oil also doubles the bioavailability.
I used to heat up a batch with coconut oil and water, then pour it into ice cube containers and keep it in the freezer, and throw one in a smoothie every morning. Lately though, I've just been dumping it in the blender with olive oil and water, blending that and then adding the other ingredients.
I bought this book for my niece. I have always open & honest, it's not all doom & gloom.

Initially my levels dropped super low because of the Topamax I was taking for migraines. I even had to be hospitalized because my potassium was so low. Once I quit the Topamax my potassium levels have been better. Sometimes if I'm not taking care of myself like I should my numbers will drop. I can usually tell because of how my muscles feel. I have to make sure I'm eating plenty potassium rich foods.
We never really figured out what caused my magnesium to be low. I started taking a magnesium supplement that I found on Amazon. It's from Zeal Naturals. Here's the link for it. Magnesium Supplement
