I think it’s the most popular one amongst Bosnians. There’s also a few others. If you have a specialty food store around you, sometimes they carry them as well.

It's much cleaner than Sarajevo, because it's hotter in Mostar, there's fewer people, they usually heat less and do it a lot with electric energy.
It suffers from the same issue as Sarajevo being surrounded by mountains, but it has (relatively) big river valley that allows air flow.
This one seems good enough for beginners
It's difficult to recommend a dictionary since I personally never use them... I'll skim through some dictionaries on amazon and I'll post some of them here.
edit: If you could find this one it would be great - https://www.knjiga.ba/oxfordj-english-bosnian-dictionary-englesko-bosanski-rjecnik-sa-bosansko-engleskim-indjeksom-k5310.html
It's not available at the store though.
No, they aren't everywhere. But the area around Sarajevo is where a lot of the mines were actually placed.
There are apps to check if the area has suspected mines:

It should generally be safe, when going to places that aren't marked by the app, especially for areas around Sarajevo.
Hvala brate
Nije app nego device koji detektuje rucne i stacione radare za mjerenje brzine. ovdje u americi detektuje ga na 3 km, da li bi u bosni ovako nesto radilo bilo bi kul.

I'm fairly certain they have this in Chicago Area food stores .. and certainly in StLouis.
It will probably be easier/cheaper to find someone to locate it and ship it locally.
Also, check amazon or ebay for price comparison.
