I just set an alarm on my phone for a set time every day.
And the pill organisers were like this one (not very exciting):https://www.amazon.co.uk/AUVON-iMedassist-Compartments-Supplements-Medication/dp/B07794YMY7
Glad to see your keeping the tone light and cheerful!!!
I am lucky, us older people don't expect much. A funny nik nak or a box of chocolates with a card for those I half know. I may buy a small toy for mates kids but its hard to know what level to pitch the present at (and I don't want to buy a duplicate of something they are already getting).
Luckily I have a garage full of left over stock from my old import company, people who don't know that are often surprised to get a collection of Thai glass animals or African carvings. Down to my last Spider paperweight this year, I want to keep that for myself but if I find someone deserving I suppose I will "do the festive thing".
