I just wanted to add this onto this post! I have to take one of my medications 3 times a day, and these pill bottles have been game changers. I saw a couple people on here talking about not being sure how many hours have passed between doses, so these would be great to have! They take a while to come in, but they’re cheap and work great! Timer Caps
Exactly what I've been going through. I can't stop then since I have my college exams next week and it truly is a shame, bupropion works really well for me, it helps with depression and the complete lack of energy that came with it and the ADHD that I had since I was a kid (helped a little bit). I tried going down to 150 and the tinnitus did disappear but it seemed like i was kind sluggish and I can't afford right now.
It doesn't bother too much since I have had another very high pitched tinnitus in both ears since I can remember but the new tinnitus which was a little bit deeper was kind of bothering me since it was louder in my right ear. I eliminated this imbalance with those two things which are really Incredible, they even temporarily stopped my original tinnitus for some time when I was at 150mg.
Mynoise: https://mynoise.net/NoiseMachines/neuromodulationTonesGenerator.php use the orange setting it really is the most effective and I also add in a little bit of the green one.
ACRN : https://generalfuzz.net/acrn/ Harder to set up since you have to know the frequency of your tinnitus but it does work a lot better if you do.
It's probably not gonna completely eliminate it as long as your on bupropion but it helps a lot. Sadly there aren't any other antidepressants that help with dopamine reuptake, I'll look into moclobemide, a reversible maoi since it helps with dopamine unlike most AD. But don't be too afraid, in most cases it will go away once you go down like in mine, those people simply don't post their experience to the net. I hope it's gonna well !
You’ll be fine. Maybe ask your doctor about having some beta blockers on hand to prevent panic like this. Otherwise invest in some pill timer bottles like this
TimerCap Automatically Displays Time Since Last Opened - Built-in Stopwatch Smart Pill Bottle Cap Medication Reminder Case (Qty 2 - Standard 1.8 oz White Opaque Bottles) EZ -Twist/CRC https://smile.amazon.com/dp/B00EZ6TL2S/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_HAREZBYDARY8GJT8VV85
I had this starting my first week. I noticed that its also greyer and darker outside so Ive been using my Happy Light and its definitely helped me get a better night's sleep. YMMV.

I take these and I take 2 gummies daily. I'm not sure how much that is tbh, I just went by the serving size recommendation on the back to take 2 (normal one, not the extra strength)
So it's actually combined with these sleep gummies that work super well for me. It's 100 mg l-theanine mixed with melatonin and botanicals
OLLY Sleep Gummy, Occasional Sleep Support, 3 mg Melatonin, L-Theanine, Chamomile, Lemon Balm, Sleep Aid, Blackberry, 50 Count https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0145QI7O0/ref=cm_sw_r_apan_i_21C6XPWA01W7GCF2S91T?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
I think it was mostly the magnesium, but I started both at the same time.
I'm taking it in gummy form! Didn't do a ton of research into this company, but this is what I've been using
Vitamatic Magnesium Citrate... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0982JTZ7C?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
I like using these for the dry mouth: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00VN02QC6/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_GMDXJ3SY4GEXWNJ0QDSK?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
For the headaches: make sure you’re eating enough, it could be low blood sugar from the lack of appetite.
How is your sleep hygiene overall? I found this book to be very helpful for me: https://smile.amazon.com/Sleep-Smarter-audiobook/dp/B01J4BJT7A/
We also have an incline mattress elevator that helps as well. Keeps our heads higher than our feet, but still allows for sleeping on your stomach, since the incline is for the entire length of the mattress: https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B077KMN3W4/
These and/or nauzene helped. Drink some vitamin water, the b vitamins and the electrolytes helped a lot too. Make sure you eat first before taking it.
I use the headspace app (with a premium subscription) but there are tons of free meditation apps like insight timer and even free stuff on youtube. Here’s an informational link just about meditation and weight loss.
So I have been struggling with acne for over 20 years now. Surprisingly bupropion didn't make it worse, but I recently found my literal magic bullet against my incessant awful acne. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08TQM1F9G/ref=cm_sw_r_apan_glt_fabc_SZ7DYCBRGHCTS8QP3JR2
It can be really drying if you overuse it, but damn, I'd rather balance that than be full of breakouts.
I also use the Grounded Sage skincare line, which is nice and healthy, but still couldn't clear my acne (I tried pills, I'm still taking spironolactone, I tried the sets from all the fancy names.) Freaking nothing worked until I found that Eva serum I linked. Good luck!
I have that remedy rescue spray and it’s been helping me. This isn’t something I thought would be effective at all but it really is the shit sometimes RESCUE REMEDY SPRAY, 20mL – Natural Homeopathic Stress Relief https://www.amazon.com/dp/B000YIG5ES/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_EMEEZXY4F8HYK5EK0F30

These were a game changer for me. Just order them tbh, I wish I had done it years earlier but I didn’t know they were a thing.
