look for 'KMC MINI character guard sleeve' on ebay or amazon. The packaging on the photo should say 'MINI'.
Hey, I am not sure if this information helps you. But Amazon Japan apparently sells the DVDs in Japanese.

I would suggest making your decision quick because usually they sell out quickly. As for understanding the Japanese in Cardfight Vanguard, if you watched a lot of anime and have a firm grasp of the rules of the game, it should be fairly straightforward enough to understand.
It's a 1000+ pocket binder from TopDeck. I ordered the 500+ one for $45, but they accidentally sent me the larger one here.

It's soft launching in Singapore now, get APK here if you're android. Not sure what's going to be available for current players and if this is going to be the server everyone plays on.
If you want to do it on PC, you will need to use Bluestacks.

They are planning to do a PC version being released later this year for Japan.
So in terms of those sites,
tcgplayer.com would be your best bet for singles and you can try buying trial decks from there too.
Now if you can splash $70 USD: Majesty Lord Blaster would be the best pre-built with it mainly being fully built.

Could you elaborate more on what you would like to do in game as I could point you towards some clans if you want to go to the starter route?

Aichi was using Royal Paladin, very beginner friendly, but not much of a multi-attack (4+ attacks per turn). Kai was using Kagero is very expensive for its main builds and you will hardly use the Trial Deck
I also recommend KMC, just got them recently for sleeving my standard art sleeves! These are also good ones since they are clear without the gold border if you prefer! They feel very close to dragon shield mattes.
KMC Character Guard Mat and Clear Standard Oversized Card Sleeves [10 Packs] https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08LMQNR94/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_fabc_yj2UFbKCFSDFN?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
From my experience, the Dragon Shield Clear Matte are the go-to sleeves (great shuffle feel) although it does give a big gap but if that doesn't bother you, I would say go for it.
I have also tried out the Bushiroad Matte Oversleeve which aren't too bad; feels snug for the sleeved cards and doesn't leave a big gap. My only issue with these sleeves is that it gets dirty easily and the shuffle feel isn't great (whether clean or dirty.)
Just use a hair dryer. It will immediately straighten out. Putting weight on them reduces the curve but does not eliminate it.
Also throw a small desiccant packet into all your storage boxes. You can get a big bag of them for $10 dollars and you will find more uses for them than you might think. Shoe boxes if you're a sneaker head, file cabinets, misc storage bins, instrument cases, car glovebox and front seat compartment, etc.

I used to like using ultra pro side loading inners with Japanese size (small) kmc hyper mattes... but the hyper mattes are horrible now. When I have to resleeve those decks, I'm going to be sad... these decks barely feel bigger than a single sleeved deck.
You can use any japanese size perfect fit inner, and then use a standard size outer from your brand of choice (I recommend dragon shield just for longevity). The eclipses get marked after a couple of rounds in a tournament.
Deck box wise, I use the Boulder 80 deck boxes and the 80+ sidewinder boxes for cardfight decks. The satin towers are nice, but they take up a bunch of space in your bag if you bring multiple decks around with you, and take up a bunch of space on the table when you play. If I take them out of the house, I use them solely for magic tournaments now (they fit a double sleeved 60 card deck, 15 card sideboard, and up to ten single sleeved tokens).
Online, they are already made:
Edit: For the Gurguit deck, you will need to buy two of them to make it complete or you buy singles.
$25.99; only CoreTCG has any on TCG Player.
$26.99 on Amazon.
