A tireshop is more equipped to do it.

Because the LEDs don't draw enough amps, the vehicle thinks the light bulbs are out. I used these resistors to convert my Mitsubishi to LED. They've been working great for almost 8 years now. Also, they get redicously hot if the light is on for a long time so mount them carefully. I had one fall onto a pillow in my trunk, (trunk dome light) and melt/burn the foam.
That’s for the old body style Spark.
The 2016 and newer take a 9” blade with a Roc Lock 2 mount. Amazon has the AC Delco part:
ACDelco GM Original Equipment 95391371 Rear Window Wiper Blade, 9.5 in https://www.amazon.com/dp/B093X4CZ5T/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_FJY76YX05KJNMZGKS9ZQ
Amazon has them for $56, without the liner. I picked these up $15, when I came across a set of used (returned in like new condition). The front were pretty easy to install, once I found a helpful YouTuber. I haven’t put on the back yet.

If you look on Amazon, Check Out LasFit, I put them in My Spark and they are very Bright, Also its not hard to Wire the Brake light flasher, I plan on doing it to just my middle brake lamp. Its like a 10-30 module.
Yakima xs cross bars - fits on my Activ YAKIMA, RailBar Low-Profile Crossbars with Integrated Towers for Roof Rack Systems, Black, X-Small https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0756L7P8B/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_Z8TV2J0Y38YBPPZ1QEK3?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1 - very little noise and mpg drop Is not obvious
I bought the whole set up here on Amazon - just make sure to spray the rack with anti rust spray:
MaxxHaul 46" x 36" x 4-1/2" - 150 lb. Capacity - NOT Assembled 70115 Steel Roof Rack https://www.amazon.com/dp/B073G49NPV/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_KXGHQ8WW1E4B6FKMH13T?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
Racks: CargoLoc 2-Piece 52" Aluminum... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00GA2HKAU?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
Yeah look on Amazon for LED headlights. I've got a 16 1LT and use this
Torchbeam T2 H13/9008 LED Bulbs, 12000LM 6500K Cool White, Compact Size, 400% Brightness, Replacement Bulbs, Pack of 2 https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07SZMVNC7/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apip_MSJMLSyoGs5H4
If the 18 is same as 16 you can change them yourself. The space to remove the lamps is small and it helps to have smaller hands and use thin gloves. Otherwise you'll probably end up with scratches on your hands. I think there's also YouTube videos.
I also replaced nearly every exterior bulb with LED'S. Not all at the same time. My advice is to input your Spark's specs into Amazon so you'll get better compatability. I did buy some that were problematic and returned. don’t always buy the cheapest one than Amazon lists. The only bulbs I was not able to replace were the front turn signals. All I ended up with was hyper flashing despite front and rear bulbs being same brand or different.
Not exactly budget, but I was thinking of getting the hitch that’s sold by the Chevy rewards program and then buying a hitch mounted rack.
That being said I’m pretty sure you could do something like this: Allen Sports Deluxe 2-Bike Trunk Mount Rack, Model 102DN-R , Black https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00TRTSAZM/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_XKD2GJX0PX5PXA65YJD3
I’ve seen a Spark around town using one similar.
Here's a link to the one I bought on Amazon, I was hesitant on these android head units at first but I'm super happy with the one I chose.
Lame. I bought a few products for my LS that have been so incredible and I want to share them. Mainly a small, almost stealthy item that gives the LS full bluetooth audio streaming and calling. Link below. I'd post pics if I could submit. But it works seamlessly.
I am hoping to find a good phone mount but haven't seen anything people are raving about. If you have one you like let me know!

The “official” tool can be bought through the parts counter at a Chevy dealer for $60+, but you can get the Chinese knock-off, which looks and works exactly the same, for $16.99 on Amazon.
