I have the paid version of this app on my phone and it works reasonably well. I don't think it provides an interpretation of the CVM list, though, as it's encoded in different ways depending on what kind of card it is. However, I believe it does show the raw bytes of it for some networks, so if one had the EMVco contactless specs open for reference they could figure it out. (And I think it assumes no CVM required, so I'm not sure it'd be helpful for e.g. Visa where it requires the terminal to let the card know what it supports for any CVM info to be listed.)
Also, it only shows the global AID's info for debit cards, too, but that tends to be the more important one anyway.
Apparently Amazon is selling Coin now. I'm tempted to get one just to see how well the NFC part works but they've also not been such a good company in the past (denying EMV would be a problem until recently, being two+ years behind on shipping cards out, etc.)
