A little update: Like VMv2 said to me, I called (it's required because the corona thing) to my primary attention doctor and she refused to make anything, as expected, unless I have pain or infection, obviously.

In that respect, the stitches just began to fall off yesterday, and surprisingly the first were the frenulum ones. So, I expect that in this week all will be gone. It's okay to "help them" a little bit? I mean, if some are weak, wiggle a little to break it. Or it's better to let them alone?

A little down it still oozes a tiny bit of clear liquid, but no more blood.

Now, another doubt: I have the floater, and the pubic hair line a little bit up since the op. When the floater dissapears, the skin will go down as it flattens? Idk I explained myself enough, sorry.

I've been wearing these. I can wear them with everything exposed (not under bandages) and although I can feel my glans rubbing a bit, it's not super uncomfortable like if I try and wear something loser such as boxers. Also since it does rub a little bit, it should help the glans slowly get used to it as well.

Hope you can find something that works! Just make sure you keep your glans hydrated with some Vaseline so it doesn't dry out/chaff.

By the way, i can't find any Epsom salt in any drugstore, pharmacy or shop in France, so i'm trying to buy it from Amazon but i'm not sure which one to buy. Get some topical anaesthetic (with lidocaine) and smear it on. Let it soak in for 10min before you put on underwear and it will make a huge difference. This is what has allowed me to sleep through the night (I'm on day 14).
