The harder thing for engineers to learn is how business logic gets translated into the scripting, what works and what doesn't.
For this user, it is not. There is another site that has this setup working - I'm trying to get pics sent or drive out on Monday.
The 7960 doesn't have electronic hook switch control, so you have to use a 'lifter'. When you answer the call on the headset, it lifts the phone off of the hookswitch & sets it back down when you hang up using the headset.
