I don't have Skype (you seem to be asking about that in the comments). PM me if you want my email address. I would be happy to help you with any project you might have in mind.
I know some Python. I have worked with it sporatically for about 3 years, including teaching it to a few people. I do not consider myself to be an expert, by any stretch, but I could definitely be of use.
As /u/kamonohashisan said, Linux is much better than Windows (presumably) for Python coding. That isn't to say that you can't do Python coding on Windows, it just happens to be notably easier on Linux.
Most of my work is in other languages, including all of my current projects; so, I don't have any ideas for you there.
For a long time, I have been wanting to make some changes to Kevin Mehall's Pithos, which happens to be written in Python. This would be much more suitable for a beginner than /u/kamonohashisan's machine learning stuff (not to detract from his work). Pithos is a Linux program, so I don't know if you would directly benefit from it.
It's not legal. That's not how copyrights and trademarks work... Even SO's own website clearly defines the usage of their trademarks, of which you are violating.

On that note I've reported your website to them, as suggested in their trademark guidance page, as I have zero respect for developers who blatantly rip off ideas.
I don't know how well versed you are in web development or how much time you want to put into learning but the Web Development course over at Udacity goes over all kinds of web dev essentials like building forms, dealing with storing user data and some of the beautification aspects of web development. By the end you have a fully functioning but rudimentary blog site. The teacher is also one of the founders of reddit so that is a nice added bonus. I should also mention the server side code is written in python.
