yap. PHPMyAdmin is easy and nice GUI for MySQL script. if you're a Windows user- may be downloading XAMPP is simpler one. cause it's a package of mysql, phpmyadmin, and apache web server.

in linux, you can try download and install phpmyadmin/postgreSQL from its repository.

Ok, so think about it this way. 1st you need a table(sub-query) of movies with their average rating. Perhaps a 'group by' and avg() might be useful? Maybe use a 'having' if you want to do this with one sub-query. You will still need a join to get the Movie names for said table.

I find it helpful to think of joins visually. This might help.
