I recall reading that the version included in the deluxe, triple pack.... thing... on Xbox 360 with all the games up until off the record had Dead Rising with all the dlc on disc.

Have you tried any of the currently available Xbox apps? There's a standard app and a beta version. Maybe one of them still retains some of the SmartGlass functionality.

If you're feeling daring, you could also try seeking out an .apk for the SmartGlass app itself.
