I don't handle rides like I used to...
Dramamine can be your friend. Normal Dramamine wipes me out, but I use less drowsy Dramamine with success. I use this: https://www.amazon.com/Dramamine-Motion-Sickness-Drowsey-Formula/dp/B007BF7BUY/ref=sr_1_4?dchild=1&keywords=drowsy+free+dramamine&link_code=qs&qid=1632096868&sourceid=Mozilla-search&sr=8-4
Ginger is a home remedy. Be careful of buying "no drowsy dramamine substitute" that is nothing but a ginger supplement.
Since the World Began: Walt Disney World: The First 25 Years is a fairly good survey, if a bit dated.
A little more specific, but I also really enjoyed The Haunted Mansion: From the Magic Kigdom to the Movies.
Hi! I bought these and love them - they aren’t for every day use but are perfect for Uber!!!!! mifold boostermifold Original grab-and-go Car Booster Seat, Slate Gray – Compact and Portable Booster for Travel, Carpooling and More – Foldable Child Booster Seat Fits into Glove Box and Backpack https://smile.amazon.com/dp/B01H5VJJTE/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_CT3JPVM7EHTPRC82PXE7
not sure, either. since there's pineapple juice they might do a splash of blue curaçao to make it green. edible glitter would be likely, too, like maybe a "pinch" (less than 1/8 tsp, give or take).
i'd honestly have to see and taste it to get a better feel than what i guessed above (and i really want to try one now, but not going to WDW until who-knows-when). it sounds tasty, though!
EDIT: ...while i was typing this up and about to send, i googled and found an image. yeah, guessing by the color it's likely a splash of blue curaçao just to make it greenish. it might also be green edible glitter and not the typical silver, but i could be wrong. it's hard to tell from the image and the condensation on the cup.
is that colored sugar or salt on the pineapple as the garnish? looks like sugar.
Get one of these collapsible silicone cups and you can have a drink at any water fountain location, although right now I'd suggest only using the bottle fill locations, for cleanliness:

They really can be put in your pocket.
I’ve got a medium sized packing cube I lay my ears in when traveling to and fro. Never had any issues.
For in the parks, I have a sling bag, made by G4Free. It’s the perfect park bag as it’s not too large (deceptively roomy inside) but the front has a slip pocket that is perfectly sized for ears. It has a clip to keep them snug and safe on the ride but super-easy to slide them in and out. So much easier than using the clips, imo.

Looks like this one.

Choose a book for a first time visitor. For me, I made an itinerary for my first two trips because the sheer volume of rides and shows was just too overwhelming for me. Now, we just wing it, except for the Past Passes. https://bookauthority.org/books/best-disney-world-travel-guide-ebooks
And something similar to this is what I used for the middle column. Bag-Organizer Rack-Purse Handbag-Hanger Holder-Storage Over The Door Closet https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07YG4DHGY/ref=cm_sw_r_apan_glt_fabc_D51DS9NRTQD2CKRHH2T0
this is the bag my family members all carry. It’s small, but tall enough inside for a stainless steel water bottle, and also holds a poncho plus a small snack or two. The outside pocket makes getting your phone in and out really easy, and you can put a carabiner hook on the strap to hang a popcorn bucket from.
this is the bag I carry. It’s still pretty small, but holds quite a bit more than the other bag I shared. There’s a “hidden” RFID-blocking pocket against your back that is ideal for a small wallet or a few cards, and the outer pocket with the clip is the perfect size to quickly stow a pair of Ears when you get on a ride.
You need slip shorts. They're amazing for under skirts and dresses! I've tried a few brands, and these are the absolute best: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01N3SLMGE/ref=cm_sw_r_apan_glt_fabc_SNJEGCW3DV9GDTYMJWF7
They're called "slip short panties", but in reality, you wear them over your underwear. They're almost like very thin bike shorts, without the bulky waistband. I'm a 14/16, and they fit great. I wish they came in more colors, but otherwise they're perfect.
If you search "Lunch purse" on Amazon, there are a bunch of options of purse-style insulated bags. Several of the options have plenty of room for a day's worth of snacks. They're hands-free just like a backpack, but they won't make you sweat.
My mother-in-law has medication that needs to stay cold and she uses her everyday lunch purse in the parks. Hers is neoprene so she doesn't have to worry about it getting dirty because it's machine washable. I linked that specific bag below.
We bought this book at the Parks and cut out some of the larger ones and framed them. They turned out great. There are a mix of sizes and you’re limited to the posters they have printed at the size you want, but it worked well for us.

So far I’ve only found it on YouTube and Amazon. Amazon you can purchase for digital download. Youtube... it can be acquired... ahem

When I went Disney World last year I was bored in queues so I decided to make a Disney Quiz App for people to enjoy while they are queueing :) You can find it at https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.slyslothgames.disneyquiz
Would love any feedback you have
Here is the link to it on amazon for $6.99. It's a fun, albeit cheesy movie, that was made to get people excited about the ride. It has a young Kirsten Dunst though, which is funny. You can also get the Thrills and Chills 4-movie collection for just 3 dollars more, which has this movie plus the Haunted Mansion movie (not that good), the Country Bears movie (silly, but my child loves it), and Mr. Toad's live action movie.
Great book. I like the authors other book too. Disney Unbuilt: https://www.amazon.com/Disney-Unbuilt-Pocket-Imagineering-Graveyard/dp/1683900324/ref=tmm_pap_swatch_0?_encoding=UTF8&qid=1506818111&sr=8-1&dpID=41kKIskq3iL&preST=_SY344_BO1,204,203,200_QL70_&dpSrc=detail
