The "rush" you're feeling is probably from the niacin and caffeine. You're high from the weed so you're more sensitive to the effects of those. Combine that with good ol' placebo effect and you can certainly feel a little tweaky. Any stimulant when I'm high makes me feel a bit tweaky.

this is the exact one I’m talking about. well worth spending $30 on. it can grind up a ridiculous amount of weed, just drop the whole bud in the jar and it’ll even de-stem your bud for you
here ya go. its the one I’m talking about. it’s great and pretty cheap but has a good build quality. The jars are really glass and the device has got some weight to it. Doesn’t feel like it’s gonna break after one use haha. It completely separates the kief due to the force of shaking it. It does grind weed kinda fine, but it still smokes good

Cheap as chips bro. Dunno where you are, I got one of amazon for 20 and it came with a roll. Just chopped the roll in to small pockets and used the heat sealer function to seal three sides, then placed a small bag of dessicant (probably not necessary, but why not?) In the pouch followed by a ten strip then sealed the fourth side. Voila
I went one step further though and bought a vacuum sealed container this is absolute over kill BTW but I couldn't find any simple methods online of storing LSD long term in the freezer so just made my own up. If you do try this though, make sure when you take the container of the goods out of the freezer a good few hours before you plan to open it to let the temperatures equalise as if you open it straight away, even after all of the steps followed, any moisture in there will instantly condense on your tabs. Which you obviously don't want.
Like I say, this is over kill but I only use four times a year so I like to care for it as best I can.
