You just need to find something you can do. I'm learning code, so I can work behind a screen and I don't need to interact with people so much. I'm only a beginner, but I'm enjoying it and I'm ok at it.
Well, the one I'm using is a Hattaker, it' a lot better than the last shaver I got, easy grip, good settings and comes with a nose trimmer to, if I was to give it any flaws, it would be that it gives you unnecessary accessories and the battery life can drain deceptively fast at times. But it's have enough battery for 3-5 shaves.
This is the one I use, bit costly but well recommended for anyone who wants a safe shave.

Even if you are terrible at golf, your friends will still play with you, just laugh it off and enjoy yourself anyway. I join in most stuff, apart from team sports, and just embrace being really bad at it. Me and my friends have really bad dance offs when we go clubbing. I've been doing 90s dance moves since the 90s, and they've actually come back into fashion and now tiktokers are doing my moves. I've danced so bad, for so long, it's become cool.
I'm quite enjoying writing code at the moment. There's a few projects to build at the end of each course. It's good because you can work on it in bursts, rather than sitting and focusing for a long time. Sometimes you get a good streak, other times you can't fix a problem for ages. You can definitely do something well, just keep trying stuff. I'm also really good at table tennis for some strange reason.
I tend to break regular can openers. They literally come apart in my hands if I try to use them. I think it's because I use can openers left handed and most can openers are right handed. However, I find I can use these ones without issue.
Get a rolling machine.
Makes everything easier. Make sure you get the correct length for the size of your papers, as they sell different sizes.
Get a water flosser or those mini plastic floss things. I couldn’t get on with actual floss, massive pain in the bum, these floss picks were a game changer for me! you can get them anywhere. https://www.amazon.co.uk/Premium-Polymer-Threads-Portable-Flossing/dp/B09F94S9S6/
I used a y-shaped ergonomic pen to retrain my grip for a couple of years and break my habit of wrapping my thumb around and gripping too hard.
I find weight and sensation help to make up for my bad proprioception, so now I do most of my writing with a metal fountain pen. I feel like the sensation of the nib scratching against the paper helps me control it and the weight in my hand makes me feel less like I have to squeeze when I write.
I own this for a reason (other than spiral apples are fun).

The website in it's current state isn't very good but a while back danda.org.uk (Developmental Adult Neuro-Diversity Association) had some useful information for understanding dyspraxia. https://web.archive.org/web/20120316214557/http://www.danda.org.uk/pages/neuro-diversity.php
On top of the other comments, a brass blade ice scraper will change your life. I moved from TX to PA, and got this on top of a brush to wipe off the heavy snow.

I've found this book quite useful, have been researching for my son who is close in age to your daughter!

However I study economics so a lot of maths involved which I write cos typing equations and things on a laptop is really tedious and time consuming and I’m not that good at it yet.
The pens I have found tk love are these ones right here. Have a very similar feel to a fountain pen but I can write a lot quicker with then

I’m a grownup but I still often drop my cups. Love these because they usually don’t open when dropped and they are actually usually spill proof when they are closed and fall over. Might be too heavy for her but maybe there’s a mini version. Mine are between 2-4 years old and they haven’t cracked after many hard falls.

Do you mean working memory in the strict psychological sense of 'the thing(s) you're currently working with this second', or something more general? If the former, there's some evidence that the dual n-back task can improve working memory in the general population. You can get this (for free) online here. It's slightly tricky to describe, but it's basically a game where you have to remember letters and locations of objects on a grid. There's 'anecdotal evidence' it helps with ADD, which means it might be worth a go for dyspraxia, though this is speculative and I offer no guarantees.
I've explained this quite badly, (it's been a long day and it's getting late), but hopefully the link will provide enough detail for you to at least look into it and see if it's worth a go. Good luck!
Hey thirdfocus.
Codecademy have a great step by step introduction to a lot of web development subjects. Taking on the big three (HTML, CSS and JavaScript) as well as other subjects.
Learn a bit about all three and try to put somthing together, even if it's silly. Try and have an idea about somthing and try to bring it to life via code.
HTML and CSS are relatively simple to pickup, but there's still always somthing to learn. However JavaScript will bring your projects to life. freecodecamp has a large amount of resources to further your JavaScript skillset.
Don't worry about trying to learn everything. The understanding of how the three work is what you need to learn, the code can always be googled. Always! So don't fret about that.
If you've got any further questions feel free to ask.
I get a note-taker but I have multiple disabilities and memory issues (I can't remember the teacher's start of sentences by the time they finish it in time to write it down). I also have chronic pain in my hands so struggle to type or handwrite for long periods of time at a speed that works. My note taker will type out her notes and I'll get a copy of them sent by my teacher. I still take my own notes which are done through recording lectures and playing them back and typing my notes out. I get a laptop for all classroom activities and assessments so I type as my teachers speak and use Otter.ai to record and then as a safety net, I get a teacher's notes or a classmate's. I swear by Otter.ai as it makes transcriptions of any recording for you which you can put images in and highlight and write notes.
I'd recommend asking to type out notes and record lectures. I actually struggled with getting notes for a long time as I'd be given people who handwrite (and I just can't read their writing) so I'd have to transcribe it all myself. Or I would be given notes by people who take them so differently than me that the notes were absolutely worthless. I now work with my teachers and pre-select the classmates which I am willing to get notes from (I've known my classmates for 3-6 years). I do purchase notes from graduates of my program (and I've spent an awful lot of money on them), as I can see the notes in advance and see if the style will help me and I try to purchase from students who did very well in the course as I don't learn by taking notes.
Carry twist ties. They probably come with your trashbags and you probably just throw them out with the box / bag the trash bags come in. Also, you can get a poobag carrier like this https://www.amazon.com/Earth-Rated-Dispenser-Holder-Lavender-scented/dp/B007EQL390
and just throw the twist ties in there with the bags.
easy as you please.
My next thing to try is a gyroball. My friend's mum used one to recover from a climbing injury, so I think maybe it will give me more control over my hands, but this just a theory, I haven't tried it yet. My friend made me a wobble board/ balance board which really helped my balance, so I don't fall over anymore.
If you still have trouble with shoe laces
I believe there are shoe laces that clasp together/have a pull string mechanism/etc
Example: these ones have a magnetic clasp! [https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08526QVCS/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_9VN3DH8FGZ7B9KT0G5PD?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1](link)
Get a cheap mechanical keyboard. There’s big significant grooves between all of the keys making them much easier to feel where everything is and keeping my fingers on the right buttons. I’d recommend this one. It’s also compact so it will fit in your cubby hole. https://www.amazon.com/Mechanical-Keyboard-YOOSO-Switches-Portable/dp/B098JVQLGX/ref=mp_s_a_1_4?
Oh god, the oven burns are the worst. I got some of these, which have helped.
Microwave rice cookers make great rice and are super easy.
Using the provided measuring cup: 1 cup rice, 2 cups water, dash of salt, cook 11 mins, let sit 2 mins. Perfect
I have the older clear and green version of this one:

Look at foam rollers. I practice yoga daily but I still do a short session with the foam roller once/twice a week and it really helps. You don’t need the really harsh ones, I have this and it works great https://www.amazon.co.uk/Maximo-Fitness-FOAM-ROLLER-Trigger/dp/B01897UA4G?ref_=ast_sto_dp - you only need 5/10 minutes.
Then it also depends on your stretching techniques. I personally find PNF and dynamic stretching better than static one. If you need any YouTube recommendations just let me know. :)
If you live in the USA you could try this https://www.amazon.com/Furniture-Assembly/dp/B00UBYCQJI
If not in the USA google your city plus assembly services like this exist https://www.weassembleweinstall.co.nz/flat-pack-assembly-auckland
Why don't you google your city and this kind of thing? If it turns out to be too expensive then so be it but it might not be.
Check out Rocksmith 2014. It's available on console as well as PC and Mac. There's also a great subreddit /r/rocksmith. You won't regret it!
