You'll get close to 14/month with a two year commitment and buying it through costco.
Bonus, the gym doesn't have your CC info so they can't pull any quick bullshit reupping you without you knowing about it.
Standard East Bay Starter Trail - with awesome views.
Inspiration Point. Go as far along as is comfortable and then just turn around and go back to the parking lot.
It really depends on how many are on your guest list too. When my wife and I were looking for a venue two years ago, we thought Chabot would be an amazing place (her being a teacher as well), but the costs that came with having a wedding at Chabot were just undoable. Renting the place alone without the food, service, beverages, etc came out to around $50k. Not only that, but if you have a good amount of guests, the reception seating would need to span across multiple floors/rooms, which would make for a bad experience in our opinion.
If you have a smaller list though, Chabot would make for an amazing wedding https://www.flickr.com/photos/chabotspace/sets/72157624902074361/

If you have an updated iPhone (or may need a new one, no clue) you can use the Notes app. - Start a new note - Click on the Camera icon, located on the bottom of the screen - A menu opens, choose Scan Documents - Save the document, bottom right - Then hold down the photo, share.. and you’re done
I've lived in California all my life and am intimately aware of our vulnerability. My uncle was the local fire chief. I fled the Oakland Hills Fire and watched people's lives sift down on us for next week. Two of my family's houses are less than 20 miles away from burns right now.
Don't tell me what I need to do or who I need to talk to to "see how it is going for them". I already know, and your clickbaity idea of "good forest management" is laughably simple. If you'd like to educate yourself you can start by reading the existing research on Whiplash Precipitation. Thats true, for context I come from a place(https://weatherspark.com/y/110123/Average-Weather-in-Chennai-India-Year-Round) where the avg weather year around is 75+ and feel the chills when it goes low 40s and below :)
Current light cloud cover appears to be thickest in the south and southeast bay, clearest at the tip of SF where the usual coming-in-the-bay-bridge winds sweep clean.
By 1 AM (the height of the eclipse) that will change. Rain is coming in via a low pressure zone from the NW. The clouds of that light storm will slowly cover the entire bay straight down the coast like a falling blanket. So it's worth keeping your eyes peeled now to catch what you can!

You can go to this link, put down your Weather Picker, and see the estimated cloud cover for wherever you are.
