yup, they can change it anytime they want, just like they can mint more whenever they want and unfreeze it for certain addresses when they want: https://steemit.com/cryptocurrency/@flygoing/etherdoge-wow-much-scam
What the duck are you even talking about? or Did you mean : https://steemit.com/cryptocurrency/@flygoing/etherdoge-wow-much-scam Secondly, Did I ask your freaking dumb arse suggestion? like hey, I don't know anything about crypto or I am a newbie bla bla all that sort? How many posts do you have against me that I shouted scam?
hahahaha, yes they did. look at all the sells they executed on etherdelta https://etherdelta.com/#EDOGE-ETH
the developers made the contract so that they could transfer before everyone else. read more here
The creator of the contract can enable trading for any address they want, even though it doesn't unlock for everyone until next Monday. The creator sent 500,000,000 EtherDoge to 100 addresses, sent them each .02 ETH, and enabled transfers for those 100 addresses. It's so sketchy.
So there just happens to be 100 addresses, with no previous transactions, and the only thing on them are 500,000,000 EtherDoge and 0.2 ETH, both of which were sent by the contract creator, and then the creator enables trading for them. Read more about it on the steem post i made earlier here
The reality is it could be a sophisticated phishing attack. They ask for an email and your ETH address. If your email account was included in any user account data breaches (kickstarter, disqus, check here for more), then they can try to use the leaked password (if they can unhash it) with your no-longer anonymous address to see if they can get in and take your funds.
Since you can't submit a fake eth address and expect to get the airdrop, to be safe, you need to do one or both of two things: Use an email account that hasn't been breached, or make sure your password to your eth address is unique.
If you've been slacking on password security, and you submitted your identifying information, it would be very wise to create a new wallet with a stronger password and transfer your funds ASAP.

You may need to have the mods contact the developer to custom edit the transaction. Otherwise, if impossible, it was sorta your mistake for not reading into your wallet capability, and even worse you can't locate your private keys... :/
