Not your keys, not your coins.
Freewallet has a ridiculous KYC procedure (https://freewallet.org/faq/how-to-pass-kyc-procedure/) . They may freeze all your coins and it may be impossible to pass the KYC procedure to access your coins again. Just search on Google and you'll find some user experiences...
If you really want to store your coins without having to worry about your keys, use an exchange like Binance or Coinbase.
/u/Death_to_all, actually, if a transaction is sent to a wrong network, but the receiving address is with Freewallet, the sender can contact us at or via the contact form on our website and request assistance. The funds will be available at a Freewallet address, from which he/she will be able to send it out.
Thank you, I've received your message about the Freewallet.org issue of not sending confirmation emails and therefore preventing exchanging or withdrawing coins. Please message on here or DM me as to when you expect this to be resolved.
When I was reading up on the coding the article mentioned Chase used it to build infrastructure for apps. I'm not sure how is all related though. https://freewallet.org/blog/ltc-vs-eth#eth-and-ltc-ideas
Are you sure it is a scam, we had a conversation about this before.
https://freewallet.org/blog/freewallet-not-scam
It is mostly the Monero community that are calling it a scam, and Monero is probably the biggest scam I ever seen, so I need more evidence of what exactly is going on with this wallet/service.
/u/CremazieCrazy, if there are anticipated network delays, we always notify our users about them. Don't forget to check your notifications in the app, please. You can also check our Status Page.
However, ETH withdrawals are operating normally now, so your transaction should have already been sent out. If you still need assistance, please don't hesitate to submit a ticket.
/u/surafad, please check again the information our support reps sent you on your initial support ticket #105323.
We explained that when you initiated your exchange from BTC, you entered your XMR address, however, you marked it as an XMO one. That's the reason why your transaction has been completed, yet you don't see it in your balance: you sent one coin to another one's network address. Both are based on the common blockchain technology and use the same address format. However, cross-chain transactions like this aren't valid and cannot be completed properly because of the difference between cryptocurrencies despite their technological similarities.
We have already confirmed that we will be attempting to retrieve and refund your coins. But it can't be done in a couple of clicks: recovering coins sent cross-chain is a complex procedure that requires a significant amount of time and resources. The average time frame for recovering cross-chain transactions by Freewallet is 90 days; however, we always try to complete such requests sooner if there's a technical possibility for it.
We realize you're anxious and would like to see your coins back ASAP, and we're putting all efforts to help you with that. But please give us the time to complete your request and don't swarm us with multiple tickets containing threats, it really doesn't speed up the process. Thank you for your understanding!
u/loseit195, on the contrary: we don't require private keys in order to manage cryptos. There's an option to import/export your coins with a private key or a mnemonic phrase though that has been introduced recently in our Bitcoin wallet.
/u/tyndetove, Freewallet supports all currently traded ERC20 tokens; you can view the list of the most popular ones here. If your token isn’t listed with us, however, it’s present on exchanges, please contact our support to get it added.
Please note that we’re still working on the feature that will allow participating in new ICOs. If you’ve participated in an ICO, and your token is an ERC20 one, please contact us once it’s present on exchanges: we will add it as well.
We temporarily disabled the buying feature while we're looking for better prices for our users. In the meantime, you can top up your wallet with other coins via the smart pay-in feature.

LatestLurkingHandle, sorry to hear that! Token support was enabled in Freewallet only recently; we specifically warned against sending unsupported tokens to our addresses in our Terms of Use and our knowledge base article.
However, we will be able to refund your tokens, although that's not something that can be done in a couple of clicks, so it will take time. Some of our users have already got their refunds, if you submitted a request for yours, it should be completed, too. We'll notify you about the progress on your case in the in-app chat. Thanks!
I’ll think about it for sure. Best I can do for now is

Edit: however if I can get over the initial embarrassment perhaps a go fund me would work. I just feel selfish taking from people that surely have it worse than me
I wish there was a high interest loan available for dental work. While it would suck, it would be worth the interest
Scroll to “7. Special conditions”
Scroll some more to “7.3” that snippet it explains that they should help you with your transfer or at least send back the coins where they came from.
So try write to them and explain and tell them you made the transition to the account, and they deleted your account by mistake from their side. Then explain that you know that they cannot recover the account since it is deleted write?
In the snippet “7.3” in their terms I advice you to read and take a screenshot of it. According to it they will send back the coins were they came from.
There is a chance they cannot help you, but I guess this is a shot you can take to maybe recover your assets.
At least your app actually loads... Freewallet won't even load any info... And they don't even bother to update this damn page...
https://freewallet.org/statuspage
They don't want users dumping, so they freeze everything until it stabilizes... lol
What’s up doge community I have an awesome guitar made in Paracho Michoacán Mex, home of the guitars the guitar it’s hand made red & black the guitar was gifted to me as gift from my dads when I was a kid, I never got to play it tbh but it’s awesome and beautiful I want to sell it or raised some doge for it as payback to my parents, anything that’s raised or sold would be giving and donated to my parents that are getting older and struggling with money, anything raised would be great and we would be thankful and much appreciated and I could give and send pictures provide tracking and anything that’s needed. im using freewallet.org for most of my dogecoins
its just a wallet, all fees are normal, but you cant exchange or trade there instantly as you would be able at binance for example,
if you only want to hodl and buy something from time to time, i would recomend freewallet
I was under the impression they were a solid company ,cause they had paid out all of my withdrawals up until I aske for my Dogecoins I bought over from my Freewallet.org 3,250.00000000. I got all my Litecoins sent to Coinbase but still at Pending since 01/25/2021 once they confirmed it for withdrawal I've been waiting for it to say complete so I stayed logged in to checking everyday all day until they read my Trustpilot review . Nothing bad but the truth that I always received anytime I withdrew but now I was starting to get that felling that they were not catching up with their backlog of paying people their coins. Then they took down my withdrawal dates so only 01/29/2021 would showing. Emails after emails no response showed them all my transactions from the withdrawal showing still Pending. I ask that they do the right thing and pay like they had been doing that I was hopeful. If I don't receive my Dogecoins I am signing the class action lawsuit. We all are losing money the longer they take paying out Dogecoin hit .09 cents I couldn't even get my coins and now its down to .06.
In my case the only compute task I can give to it is mining and from all the benchmark I've seen Radeon VII is the absolute king, definitely higher performance than RX 5700XT. For example:
https://freewallet.org/blog/gpu-etherum-mining#amd-radeon-vii
But from what I know in mining the memory performance is very important so I guess that's the main factor and not the CUs difference.
I really hope some of these new Navi GPUs come with the same type of memory, otherwise they will be pretty bad for these kind of tasks and definitely nuch much incentive to buy compared to the RVII.
We are happy to announce the latest Freewallet review published on CoinShark.
CoinShark is an information and news portal where you will find the latest news on financial technologies, blockchain technologies, cybersecurity, trading and analytics, as well as ratings of crypto-exchanges and the real-time rates of Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies. CoinShark also covers related issues such as computer security, the legal and tax issues of digital currencies and financial instruments.
In its Freewallet review, CoinShark explores the platform’s available currencies, registration process, provided services, features and security measures. The publication highlights the wide range of supported coins and tokens. Today Freewallet users can manage over 100 assets. “Some currencies can be purchased with a bank card which is great for beginners entering the crypto space. Currently, coins available for purchase with this method are BCH, BNB, BTC, DASH, ETH, EOS, LTC, TRX, XLM, and XRP” - according to CoinShark. Also, the publication emphasized the importance of the built-in exchange at Freewallet: “Currently, Freewallet users can convert more than 100 assets. In addition, 54 of those coins and ERC20 tokens are supported by new exchange technology that allows them to be transferred within a couple of minutes. This type of exchange is also characterized by better rates and enhanced anonymity.”

We at Freewallet are launching a Crypto Exchange Marathon to reward our active users. The contest will last from June 15th to July 12th. Our "Buy with a card" and "Exchange" transaction types will count towards your total and all of our supported cryptocurrencies are eligible.
You just need to use Freewallet and be active. On July 12th, we will pick the 6 users who have the highest cumulative transaction sums and have made the most transactions. The main prize is a 0.5% additional cashback. The offer will be valid from July 13th to August 12th. The cashback will be subsequently applied to exchanges and purchases made with a card.
Don’t worry if you’re not into dealing with big money transactions. Additionally, every week a randomizer will choose 5 users who made Freewallet transactions. These users will be awarded 10 USDT.
You can also partake in the Crypto Exchange Marathon on Twitter. Do you have an inspiring story about your best value transaction? Maybe one exchange changed your life? Maybe you bought Bitcoin in the very beginning and have been surfing on Bali ever since? The author of the story with the most likes, comments and shares will get 50 USDT. We’ll be accepting your stories until July 12.
Read the rules <strong>here</strong> and don’t say that you didn’t know.
Follow us, be active and seize your chance to win valuable prizes! Good luck!

Looks like they have a known issue with Monero withdrawals. Your money is probably fine, albeit inaccessible right now. If it's an emergency or a large amount or something, there might be a way to get your private key imported into Cake and then you're solid. But that will take some work, if possible.
that's what I'm currently doing but their support can't even give me the private key to my address. I see the DBC coins on the explorer just fine but the way they set up their app is that they control the private keys of their ''cold storage'' wallets for all the crypto you deposit on the freewallet.org app. They say it is for safety reasons but that is counter-intuitive AF. Don't know why I didn't notice the red flags. This is a mistake and a wallet i wallet i will never be using again

I'm still a little fuzzy about getting the money back out, but that's a future conversation for us.

The original comment's content was as follows:

> Are you sure it is a scam
My links are from Monero sub but you can do a reddit search for "freewallet" and at least a third of results are about it being a scam and there are also comments for those posts confirming that.
The whole idea of transferring your coins to addresses controlled by a group of anonymous individuals makes no sense from the user's perspective. Especially when it is well known that they do sometimes steal the funds of their clients. And what right do anonymous individuals have to ask for someone's ID scans, selfies, etc. while staying anonymous themselves? There are legit wallets like ElectrumSV or Handcash that are risk free so why advertise a scam?
If some visitor of this sub sees the link, deposits his coins and gets scammed what impression will he have about BSV?
> we had a conversation about this before
I remember reading that conversation but the way I understood it is that MobTwo's opinion was disregarded because he's a BCH supporter but not because he was wrong in that case. Or maybe it was seen as an attack on service that "supports" BSV and not as an honest warning.
If a service provider has to make such excuses, it should only strengthen suspicions that it actually is in fact a scam.
> Monero is probably the biggest scam I ever seen
Not sure why you would say that except maybe for that fraud fluffypony being involved with it. Anyway, I am not a Monero holder so I don't really care, though I like the concept of it except for the inflation part.
Also, you seem to have ignored the comment I quoted that was posted by Changelly "support", so straight from the horse's mouth, not sure there can be more obvious proof than that:
> If funds are claimed as suspicious, we keep them https://www.reddit.com/r/Monero/comments/8bdigt/dont_use_changelly_millions_stolen/dxxt75f/
Hello joris,

We don’t want to sound on self defense and appreciate your opinion on a sensitive matter like private keys. It is indeed common to believe that hosted services are not trustworthy and, probably, that is the cause of all the scamming services out there who stole honest people’s hard earned money. The decision to hold the private keys with us was aimed at providing advantages that wouldn’t have been possible otherwise.
For example, offline cold storage with bank-level security, 24/7 support, mobile apps for Android and iOS as well as web version. The convenience of a mobile wallet is fantastic and no one has overcome that, yet. Of course, storing account access on the phone is risky, thus, we added 6 security measures to prevent hacking attempts.

Moreover, if you look around, all the services have positive and negative stories around them. Type in SERVICE NAME and scam and you will see pages and pages of results - I’ll give it to the popularity of the Internet where information cannot be verified and, honestly, anyone can write anything.

To conclude, we were enthusiastic to be one of the 3 wallets to host KIN3 - it was a fantastic idea and we love our collab and we hope to support the KIN community on their way to growth.

Warm Regards, Lauren

Hello EncryptionPrincess! It's easy to claim that something is a scam, and this is an accusation that every active crypto service faces from time to time. What makes us different is that we always follow up on each and every user request, and our support team works around the clock to solve every issue reported. Concerning the private keys, we are happy to offer our users our new Lite Wallet, which is simple to use and highly secure wallet that would be especially convenient for those who would like to have access to their private keys. You can find out more about it here: https://freewallet.org/litewallet

/u/windowly, none of the scam allegations against Freewallet was proved to be true. We were among the first wallets to support BCH; we also migrated to the new CashAddr format very early.
/u/albert_jr, the Ardor Genesis Snapshot already took place, so moving your funds to the NXT wallet won't result in extra IGNIS. You can still enjoy other handy options our app offer though: for example, instant transactions between Freewallet users that are 100% free. We'll be releasing the IGNIS wallet app in early January, so stay tuned!
I'm a freewallet user and they have a feature to send coins to anyone with an e-mail.
So after your friend receives email, he already has his coins on account (it's not registered yet, but the address is associated with the e-mail).
/u/ric_noronha, the estimated time frame for recovering cross-chain transactions is given in our Terms of Use: we will attempt to recover coins sent cross-chain to Freewallet addresses within 90 days of such transactions made. Please note that it's an average time period for such recoveries, and should there be a technical possibility to retrieve the funds earlier, we will by all means put all efforts to complete this operation faster.
/u/Archiver_test4, we temporarily disabled the buying feature while we're looking for better prices for our users. Once there is an optimum solution, we'll make sure to let our users know. I found exactly the same tool here, but I still do not quite understand what are the benefits. They are needed for kind of a universal backup, plus I can share a separate chain address to everyone, without giving out the original?
/u/variant73, just as our official website says, Freewallet supports all currently traded ERC20 tokens. If your token isn’t listed with us, however, it’s present on exchanges, please contact our support to get it added. If you’ve participated in an ICO, and your token is an ERC20 one, please contact us once it’s present on exchanges: we will add it as well.
We believe it's not feasible to provide private keys to individual wallet addresses as it would prevent you from taking advantage of our secure cold storage technology to protect your funds.
We offer set network fees that help confirm transactions made by our users faster. For Monero, for example, the fee is 0.03 XMR, no matter how much your transaction is. If you have any suggestions or comments on specific transactions, please don't hesitate to contact our support team. Thanks!
/u/MancunianMatt, a quick security tip: always make sure you're on freewallet.org, not on freewallet.com to avoid any potential threats.
All exchanges in the app are powered by our partner, Changelly.com. We'd recommend creating a Bitcoin wallet as our exchange partner converts coins to BTC before exchanging them to the destination currencies; so if you have BTC, you might save a bit on the exchange rates.

/u/Nijsjol, we never disable the in-app chat as it's the main communication channel with our support team. If there are difficulties with loading it, please check your Internet connection and make sure it's stable. There are also 2 more ways to contact us for support: at or via the contact form on our website.
/u/jaedym, apologies for the inconvenience! Please contact our support in the in-app chat, at or via the contact form on our website (https://freewallet.org/support/contact/), we'll be able to offer you a solution. Looking forward to hearing from you!
That's not true. Users of any live service can experience difficulties sometimes because it keeps evolving and being updated. The best way to get a situation resolved is to contact our support team via the in-app chat, by email at or via the contact form on our website. We respond to all user requests and do our best to assist them.
/u/stwbitcoin, the address displayed in your app is a so-called "hot wallet" used for receiving transactions. We believe that keeping the funds there as well as storing your private keys locally could be a risk because if the access to your device is compromised, it would give a hacker an opportunity to steal your assets. That is why after you've received a transaction, the funds are moved to the cold storage.
Whenever you need to make a transaction, your funds are transferred from the cold storage as well. Please note that our users aren't charged with any fees for such transactions. The address you're referring to is one of the service addresses, it's not linked to your Freewallet account exclusively. Which is why, if any coins or tokens are sent to it, it's not possible to determine the recipient of the assets automatically. Thus we're asking for transaction hashes to identify your transactions and reroute them to your wallet.
Although we currently support most of the traded tokens, we’re still working on the feature that will allow participating in new ICOs. If you’ve participated in an ICO, and your token is an ERC20 one, please contact us once it’s present on exchanges: we will add it as well.

/u/KnifeOfPi2, hello to you, too :) No funds are ever stolen from our users; if you had any issues with Freewallet, please contact us in the in-app chat, by email at or via the contact form on our website. We'll review the situation and make sure it's addressed appropriately.
/u/InTheNameOfScheddi, thanks for your question! Although we're working on making our API available to use for other services soon, it's not likely you can merge 2 wallets, especially by different providers, in a single address.
If you're looking for a way to make fast exchanges, you might want to try our smart pay-in and smart payout features that allows you exchanging coins right in your Freewallet app. Let us know if you need additional info on them, please.
/u/CalebFnCool, you can't send one coin to another one's address without performing an exchange: Bitcoin and Bitcoin Cash are 2 different networks, so your transaction won't be posted properly. Please contact our support in the in-app chat (Settings -> Support -> Message us), we'll be able to retrieve your BTC for you.
For future transactions, please use our smart pay-in feature. You can tap on the + button in your Bitcoin Cash app, choose Receive and then select an option to top up your wallet with other currencies. For Bitcoin, for example, you'll get a BTC smart address where you can send your BTC to, and then they will be exchanged to BCC and deposited to your BCC address.
Thanks for your question! We've been in the industry for almost 2 years, and we're proud to have earned the trust of thousands of our users. You can read reviews on our apps on Google Play & AppStore: most are satisfied with our services; however, just like with any live service on a highly volatile market, it's only natural some issues come up from time to time: they are resolved by our specialists ASAP.
Regarding the technical side: we're using the most progressive multi-signature key storing approach as well as multilayer security systems which are the best practice for the largest companies in the industry. This makes Freewallet the service with a bank level security grade. We also use the cold storage technology that keeps our users' assets protected: thanks to it, even if you lose your phone, you can easily access your wallet using another device.
If you have any questions or would like additional information, please feel free to contact us in the in-app chat, by email at or via the contact form on our website.
We research all complaints we've got about lost funds, and in most cases it was possible to track them down to an invalid address or a different wallet unrelated to Freewallet. I'm saying "most" because there always are cases when people consider their funds "stolen", while in fact a network fee was applied or an exchange rate wasn't as good as expected, etc.
Before we started expanding our support team, we were mainly concentrated on responding to messages from users in our in-app chat or support requests received by email. Contacting our support directly is still the fastest way to get the answer to your questions or have your issue researched & resolved. That's why if you know someone who experienced issues with Freewallet, please ask them to contact us in the in-app chat, by email at or via the contact form on our website. We'd like to review their cases and make sure they are addressed appropriately.
restotherapy, Freewallet currently supports 80+ ERC20 tokens. You submitted the information on the tokens that aren't supported yet, we will retrieve them as soon as there's a technical possibility for it. Our support reps will be updating you on the status of your case.
Your frustration is perfectly understandable, although we'd appreciate more of a discussion and fewer of judgmental remarks.
What we need in order to retrieve your tokens are the hashes for the incoming transactions of tokens sent to a Freewallet address. Outgoing transactions were made to smart contracts we don't have the access to, and it wouldn't be possible to retrieve something we don't have. It's very unlikely that you sent transactions to such smart contracts without researching the information about the people/entities who organized these ICOs/crowdsales, so you should have their contact information as well.
Freewallet currently supports 80+ ERC20 tokens We will review the information you provided and deliver the tokens we currently support to you shortly. If the details you submitted are for the tokens that aren't supported yet, we will retrieve them as soon as there's a technical possibility for it, and the support of such tokens is enabled. Our support reps will be updating you on the status of your case.
Stealing people's money randomly doesn't make much sense for a wallet developer. Neither it explains the fact that we're listed on Google Play & AppStore and have quite a number of good reviews on both.
So far, we've been getting back to people who claimed their funds were lost because of Freewallet here, and once we got more info about their situations, we were able to locate 100% the funds that were stolen. So, if you believe you were wronged or if you know someone who experienced issues with Freewallet, please feel free to contact us in the in-app chat, by email at or via the contact form on our website. We will review all situations and make sure they are addressed appropriately. Thanks!
Freewallet will be supporting BTG. All our users who will be holding BTC in their wallet at the moment of the hard fork will receive the equivalent amount of BTG.
We have successfully distributed Bitcoin Cash after the hard fork in August, the process will be the same here.

Note, Edoge is not currently available on the erc20 list.
You may need to have the mods contact the developer to custom edit the transaction. Otherwise, if impossible, it was sorta your mistake for not reading into your wallet capability, and even worse you can't locate your private keys... :/
This is the link for support from freewallet team HERE

We're a custodial wallet, one of several ones on the market. Our knowledge base & documentation is available, and our support would be glad to provide more information or assistance to those who're interested in learning more about Freewallet.
skorpion7777, we're a custodial wallet, however, it doesn't automatically make us a scam. Besides, we're currently working on the feature that will allow exporting your wallets to PC or another service, so that would be helpful. There are no limitations on deposits or withdrawals in our apps (except you can't send out more than you have in your wallet, but that's not unusual).
If you personally know someone who experienced any issues with Freewallet, please ask them to contact us in the in-app chat, by email at or via the contact form on our website (https://freewallet.org/support/contact/). We'd like to review their situations and make sure they are addressed appropriately.
NateDevCSharp, no users reported their funds lost or stolen by us because none were missing. Rebalancing funds in the cold storage doesn't equal draining all deposits to an outside account.

JollyMort, anything can happen these days: aliens coming to conquer Earth, world dictators playing with their nuclear weapons, zombie apocalypse coming true, etc. However, we value our users' trust and definitely are not going to disappoint them or disappear.

soupz84, your transaction ran out of gas, which is why it wasn't delivered to the destination address. According to our records, you've contacted our support, and the funds were returned to your wallet.
We're still working on a feature that would allow participating in ICOs directly, so please contact us before you send coins to some contract wallet address or before you use your Freewallet address to participate in an ICO or a crowdsale.
majorpaynei86, that was a misunderstanding that came from the lack of information about how our cold storage technology works. Not a coin is missing from our users and we’re doing everything to keep it this way.

addiscoin, there were several scam accusations that were deleted by their authors eventually. That was a misunderstanding that came from the lack of information about how our cold storage technology works. Not a coin is missing from our users and we’re doing everything to keep it this way.

Actually, the whole situation around supposedly stolen millions was a misunderstanding that came from the lack of information about how our cold storage technology works. Not a coin is missing from our users and we’re doing everything to keep it this way.
If you have questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us to get more details first-hand.

Try MoonDoge. It's a faucet and you can supposedly mine using your browser, but you will need a CoinPot account and a Doge wallet to deposit into, I recommend Freewallet, as you can use it on your phone or on a computer (like most wallets!)

h31l1g3rb1mb4m, IGNIS tokens are going to be distributed to all NXT holders on the blockchain. So no matter where you keep your NXT, you'll be eligible for the equivalent in IGNIS.
Freewallet is monitoring the situation around the IGNIS ICO as well as anticipating the launch of Ardor main net. We'd be happy to make an announcement for our users when there's more information on it, so keep an eye out for our updates, please :)

ifrikkenr, our wallet isn't the only one that's cold storage based, and it doesn't automatically make all custodial wallets a scam. If you personally know someone who experienced issues with Freewallet, please ask them to contact us in the in-app chat, by [email]() or via the contact form on our website. PS: We're currently working on introducing the feature that allows exporting the private keys for your wallet, it should be available soon.
Bitoshi, we understand your skepticism towards our app and respect your right to express it; however, if you believe some coins are missing and Freewallet is to blame, please provide the details here or to our support. We'd like to look into the situation and make sure no funds are unaccounted for. Thanks!
vg8, can't say much for the other 2 wallets, but in order to restore the access to your Ethereum wallet by Freewallet you don't need the seed. In fact, you can install our app on any other device and log in the same way you used to: via your email & password, with your phone number or using your Facebook/Google+ accounts. If you remember the PIN code you've set up, you'll be able to use it as well, plus your fingerprint access; otherwise, you can reset your PIN code using the link sent to your verified email address.
If you need assistance with retrieving the access to your Ethereum wallet, please contact our support, we'd be glad to walk you through. Looking forward to hearing from you!
jeroenmeester, looks like your ETC were successfully returned to you with the help of our support team. Glad we could help! Should you need anything, please don't hesitate to contact us.
GoFlight, apparently, you had your GNT send to a Freewallet address when no support for tokens and advanced protocols was enabled. We've recently added this feature as well as support of 80+ ERC20 tokens, so your token refund process will be sped up.
Apologies for taking so long, as soon as there's a technical possibility, your tokens will be delivered to you. For any updates, please feel free to contact the in-app support.
It's listed on the bitcoincash.org site as a supporting wallet (FreeWallet), but maybe someone who's used it in the past can comment.
I am always skeptical if I can't find easy links to source code. If anyone knows where to obtain that, please post. I couldn't find it on top level of https://freewallet.org .
According to this they seem to be doing it within one wallet: https://freewallet.org/press-releases
But we will have to wait to see how it all plays out, I would just keep up to date on their website and blog to see the latest updates. Everything is moving quickly.
Here is the post for archival purposes:

Was it this?

If so, that's not really a wallet; It's just an iPhone interface to their web wallet. The app doesn't actually have a copy of the blockchain, nor does the app have the private key for your USDT.
I am getting the same issue. I got around it by using my friend's user I'd/I'd number in the right tab when you send. For example on wallet is, https://freewallet.org/id/jaysonbh/bcn , and to send to my address alternatively, the user I'd jaysonbh can be used in FreeWallet.
so Steem has a market cap above $500 million and doesnt even have an official wallet?
I don't trust third party apps like https://freewallet.org although its probably fine.
If I'm buying large amounts of a crypto I want a wallet that I control. Same with Bittrex - thats an exchange, I don't want to store lots of crypto on on exchange
Exactly! Just like most Bitcoin users today don't use the PC clients, they use the mobile ones. If you guys have an Android you can grab a trusted Freewallet Bytecoin mobile wallet. It was officially released a few days ago and announced today: https://freewallet.org/currency/bcn
