I bought these in August 2017 for my 1997 Firebird. They are well made and have given me zero issues in five years and 80k miles. They went up in price a little, I paid $40 less than current price back then. You'll also need a pair of Moog K6573.
I plan on getting these over winter to swap in. Might get some LED bulbs but the good ones are pretty expensive so we'll see.
Universal ones generally fit terribly. I've lost wipers while driving down the highway in torrential rain. Spooky as fuck.
I ordered these but haven't driven in my much rain yet. They seemed to fit on the hooks perfectly.

You might be able to get a grommet/plug like these. Just gotta figure out what size works best.
I dont have a link for the particular one I bought. Pretty sure I just went to autozone and picked up one that looked like it would fit.

If I had to guess, this one might work:
I got these lamps.

I've seen a couple other late 4th gens online with a similar mod. The stock wiring is long enough to reach the led sealight 880 bulbs wired plug.
There was cutting involved on the grille and the bumper foam. It looks like a transam fog light would bolt to the front metal bumper behind the foam.
I've used these in my 2002 ss t tops for a few years and they really do the trick:

I bought these to get me by for a while. Mine were coming apart and filling up with water. I just wanted to get mine back on the road but after installing them, I found I liked them better than I thought I would. If you have any water in your existing tail lights, make sure to dry out the connectors good.

Ahh I see, you were looking at this part: https://www.amazon.com/Genuine-GM-19257179-Heater-Outlet/dp/B00GV8RFZ8
I think I have seen people replace the connectors near the water pump with these, and then you can just run regular heater hose. I haven't done it myself though.

Just throwing out another recommendation for a scan tool. I've been using this one since 2014 and have had no issues with it (stays plugged into my truck 24/7). That along with the Torque Pro app works great.
What's the difference between trailing arms and control arms?
Got it. I'm talking about a pressure RELIEF cap. I've got the Stant. These have a lever that allows you to release the pressure prior to opening. Of course you can open factory caps when hot... if you like playing the crack, close, crack, close game, risking leopard burn spots on arms and legs, etc.
This is the style I have. I didn't look at the part number for this one, so don't buy without looking up. https://www.amazon.com/Stant-10331-Lev-R-Vent-Radiator-Cap/dp/B000B8LKZ0
