You can find a lot of skirts like this on Amazon and searching for "skater skirts". Such as this one. As for measurements, a rule of thumb is to just go up one from your size in men's. But women's sizes are screwy, so take your body's actual measurements like this and consult a size chart if you can find one. Good luck!

I'd like to hear people's answers too.
When I go full crossdressing, I wear L.A. Girl orange concealer (orange concealer cancels out the blue tones from beard stubble), but on my pale-ass skin it's so strong I look like an oompa loompa, but then I put foundation on top of that, which then hides my beard stubble perfectly. If you're into makeup, this still isn't a bad solution.
The problem is, there are some days I want to go for a natural, makeup-minimal look and wearing foundation kind of kills that.
Has anyone else found a more subtle way of concealing 5 o'clock shadow?
