So it's a tad confusing because there's three different Vader comic storylines but they decided to call each of them "Darth Vader". The one you linked is from the 2015-16 series which takes place after Episode 4.

The one GB mentions is the 2018 series that takes place immediately after Episode 3. The omnibus for that series is available, albeit a bit pricey.
