I use the bulb out of this red light therapy lamp in an architect swing arm lamp like this one. I only have 2 of the 3 legs in the lamp so it is lower in height and I can get the bulb 3-6" from my skin.

The cord on that clamp doesn't look very taut. You probably want to shorten it, and then remove some of the rods.

This style was more comfortable for me than the cable cuff types.
The way I always did it was to throw a clamp on my morning wood. If I was getting a lot of hard ons through out the day I'd do a second set. Yes, earlier this year I read this book on red light therapy, and here's the summary that I wrote for my friends at the time:

At this point, I've accepted it as verified that heating helps loosen and expand the blood vessels. This helps with expansion and prevents busted vessels. I suggest this because it gets you set up with what you need to start and when the cylinder dies in a few months, you can decide whether you are committed enough to buy the leluv cylinder for $40.
Where are you located? Amazon has a decent starter setup for $25. The cylinder might only last a few months but it gets you started and gives you a pump (mine didn't come with the brass pump but a plastic one probably made in the same factory as the leluv)
I use these silicone finger covers off of Amazon. They work so much better and they aren’t the hard plastic material that ships with the PF link

Bulksupplements is legit, you can search on reddit and a lot of people order from them. I've ordered from the probably 10 times and its always good stuff.

Pop a toe shield like these over your retracted foreskin and frenulum. It should compress the area enough to stop the skin swelling with significant edema but still let the internals expand mostly as normal.
