I had the same issue with hyper x puddings and my rk84. Got these from amazon. Took about a month to arrive but they worked perfectly and honestly have better legend shine through than the hyper x.

A full set of needle files for 9$. You really only need one but at 9$ you might as well. Get whatever stabs you want. It will literally take 10 strokes per side to fit whatever you want and you'll have a handy set of needle files until you lose them
Here's the rub, the gmmk pro has south facing leds. This means any keycap with a top legend will not work, the light will get physically blocked by the switches you use. Your only option for shine through keycaps that actually shine are either top facing bottom edge legend (don't exist), or side legend. If you get any of the normal shine through keycaps like the ones you linked they will be dim at best. If you use the PC plate with the linked keycaps you will get light shined from the key above it meaning the T key will partly light the legend on the G key which for people like me is entirely unacceptable. Pudding keycaps are a non-starter for me.
Here's the only keycaps I've found that work, be aware that the cherry and oem sets have different fonts. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07GTFY355
edit: you may have better luck with the transparent switches but not everyone has those. If you're insistent on top legend you can try the DROP skylight keycaps https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08FLDQK38
I apologize if there was any confusion. The point of the post was to share my build which I'm proud of. If you'd like the link to the caps they can be found here:
The fact that I have plans for updating to a set Ive been anticipating for months as I was for this board shouldn't be a crime or negative factor to the post.
Some people may not even know what some of those other brands are at all and may spark some interest by a simple google search or spark additional positive conversation about a hobby we all obviously share... So again, I apologize if my post has in some way offended you but that was not the intention.
Correct. Here it is on Amazon US: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08MWDQDR1
Ninja edit: I filed my plate, not the stabs. I already own an assortment of files, but any small flat jeweler style file should work.

Lots of people dislike HK Gaming (because of their copying), but it is one of the only caps i found that are very easy to get.
can be bought on amazon.de and shipped to CH for free. it is QWERTY layout tho. I didn't care because i don't look at the keys while typing anyway. Also there is no 1U ALT and 1U CTRL key for the bottom row, i've just put WIN + FN1 + FN2 there. OCD nightmare, but i gave up searching for a CH layout

Keep in mind the ears catch a bit on the key below it when turning. I don’t use the knob really so doesn’t bother me. That company has a few options too.

Cross-reference the ZTBoards knob with these telecaster knobs. Both have a 6mm inner pot, but the ZTBoards knob is a tiny bit larger 19.05mm versus 18.50mm.

These fit with both the Aluminum plate that came with my keyboard, and also the PC plate that I purchased after the tolerance updates, just make sure you lube them yourself!
they’re the rainbow set! Not really sure the legit name of it but yeah 😂😂 got em off Amazon lemme see if I can try to link it here
If you don't mind the lack of sublegends and you like PBT, these are a bargain. They aren't perfect, but I think they're great, and I actually prefer the PBT and lack of weeblegends.
I ordered one from Amazon yesterday evening and it arrived today... TKL ISO and it is USB C.

Your post here mirrors concerns I had months ago.
I was even attacked my the some people in the "DIY" and "Anti-RGB" custom keyboard community.
It's a very difficult position Glorious has put many of it's customers in. They are basically refusing to support their very own product. This is fact. I as a customer, I should not have to go to a 3rd party to get south facing oriented key caps so I can enjoy the RGB capabilities of my Glorious GMMK Pro keyboard.
It's absurd and it's ridicules.
It's also very difficult to find these types of key caps. Yes, there are a good handful out there but you very commonly run into stock issues or sets that in-complete and are missing some of the specific key sizes the GMMK Pro has.
Lucky for me, I did find old Chinese stock of the very highly coveted LTC Lava caps that are no longer produced. I've been occasionally selling these online via Facebook Marketplace for $180 - $200 a set. And, I have 7 sets left to sell. The problem is, they take weeks to sell.
Here is the set I am current using and they are great. They are also cheap. Quality is solid. I've had zero problems with wear.
https://www.amazon.com/Glorious-Modular-Mechanical-Gaming-Keyboard/dp/B071KGHZY4/ref=mp_s_a_1_4?crid=34YYDXXF7H2H1&keywords=gmmk+tkl&qid=1661947938&sprefix=gmmk+tkl%2Caps%2C79&sr=8-4&ufe=app_do%3Aamzn1.fos.006c50ae-5d4c-4777-9b... This is the link, sorry I didn’t inude it earlier!
I think the glorious keycaps have the best SOUND - but I don't like the way they look. For an LED keyboard, they sure don't let a lot of light out. One of my sons use the pudding keycaps and it makes the blues sound GREAT.
At home, I use the G SKill Crystal Crown keycaps and at work I use the Whirlwind FX keycaps.
I use blue switches on both and I think the Whirlwinds sound a LOT better, but I just like the RGB shining through on the Crystal Crowns more.
The Crystal Crowns don't sound as good either - it's more of a lighter, tonal sound over the deeper thock from the puddings or the whrirlwinds.
The biggest issue of all though - non-standard keycaps. On the V1 TKL (my son and I have this also), any set you get will be fine. My other son has the GMMK2 96% and the keycaps are non standard sizes. He also likes the crystal crown caps, but we also had to get the standard GMMK keycaps to match things up.
I got my barebones GMMK Pro for $140 during one of their sales a couple months back, but let's call it $170.
If you want the best thocky tactile switches you can get, Boba U4Ts are $6.50/10 and you need 82 to fill out the Pro. You can get 80 for $52 and use 2x spare switches for a couple keys like caps lock, escape, or print screen.
We're at $222 pre tax which means any ~$50 set should fall within your budget and leave you enough to spare for lube while remaining under $300 in total. There are plenty of good looking sets in that range.
Maybe its late but if you want you might get the german keys from this puddin version which is available on amazon :)
https://www.amazon.de/dp/B0B1N5K1S8?psc=1&smid=A3JWKAKR8XB7XF&ref_=chk_typ_imgToDp
Still the issue with the additional 1u caps :/ But maybe just mix up an english glorious version and the steelseries ^^
Akko got some sweet double shot sets. Very bright and crisp. ASA profile tho, not cherry like the GPBT. https://www.amazon.com/Akko-Black-Silver-Keycap-Set/dp/B09RWQD9G5
If you just search around on Amazon/Ebay you can find black and white cherry profile keycaps. They're all gonna be double shot, not dye sub, which is a good thing.
Hey there, thanks for getting back to me! I'm using a combo of your stock GPBT keycaps and some blank PBTs for the A-Z letters that I ordered off of Amazon (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B06VWBV3Q7). It's actually nearly an entirely-Glorious setup, using your pre-lubed Glorious Pandas, some GSV2s that I lubed, and even your coiled cable!
It doesn't feel particularly flexy, for what that's worth. When I press hard on a key, it doesn't seem to flex under my finger, it seems to just press the whole keyboard into my foam mat. I wouldn't mind more flex, but that's not the biggest deal I suppose.
Mostly, it just sounds a little more high-pitched than the aluminum plate, which was surprising considering I thought it was supposed to give it a deeper sound.
No, these do not work. I have the GMMK Pro with South facing LEDS. I bought these Glorious Aura V2. They have the expected light glow coming from under the cap but zero light illuminates the very top of the key cap where the characters are.
It's a horrible mess. I reached out to Glorious and they admitted that currently, this is an issue for it's customers.
I had to buy these -
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07BT6YT3B?psc=1&ref=ppx\_yo2ov\_dt\_b\_product\_details
Ok...the site charges half the price of the set for the shipping + taxes...basically i would pay another 88+$ just for keycaps. NOT IDEAL.
Actually i found the same set from amazon de (thanks Germany) at a better price (rn ~55€): https://www.amazon.de/-/en/gp/product/B09D3JSWFX/ref=ox_sc_act_title_1?smid=A111ZR18PX26NO&psc=1
Here is the one I use. It’s been working over 2 years.
Amazon Basics USB 3.0 Extension Cable - A-Male to A-Female Extender Cord - 6 Feet (2 Pack) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B014RWATK2/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_Z2D6A4K8NTX3V9Q39RGX?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
I ordered these keycaps and the fit without issue. Just need to make sure it has the extras.
I used these smokey v2s and it cured everything that was wrong with my stock stabs. I would never run the goats after paying so much for this board, they were worse than what came in my $40 rk61. Maybe the new version is better if you got those Id give em a shot.
Using this for the Model O wireless:
https://www.amazon.de/gp/product/B07ZYRPWHH
Since I don't use Glorious' software, I connect it to an USB adapter only to charge and it works great. The connector that is attached to the mouse does add a tiny bit of weight though.
Only two options I can think of from the top of my head which are from either HyperX or Razer.
https://www.razer.com/gb-en/gaming/keyboards/accessories/razer-phantom-keycap-upgrade-set
Although the HyperX ones are Black.
https://www.amazon.co.uk/HyperX-Pudding-Keycaps-Profile-Black/dp/B08DJ1MZHZ/
These work pretty well. I don’t think Skylight keycaps have the short shift key and the 1U bottom row.
There is a screenshot in this thread of the screws needed, but I would assume I have most of them from a laptop repair kit I bought a few months ago. I will post a link below to Amazon:
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08KXS2MWG/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1
https://kineticlabs.store/misc/durock/v2-stabilizers so these are what I got off of Amazon but now when you look then up on Amazon they say zugGear but they are still made by durock so I'm not sure what's up with that but the package that I had received were durock v2s and I am very please ZugGear V2 PCB Mount Screw-in Stabilizers Transparent Housing Gold Plated 2u 6.25u 7u Keycap Stabilizers Mechanical Keyboard Stabilizers (DUROCK V2 Clear 60/87 Kit) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08MWDQDR1/ref=cm_sw_r_apan_glt_fabc_2NXWYF7S5SRJEDHKAK9F and just a warning, if you decide to upgrade stabs you may have to file out a bit of the ate for the stab because the tolerances of glorious plates are so tight, I can post a pic of mine, not a big deal and you cant even tell
I think it depends on the version of the board you have. I have a brand new GMMK full size w/ serial number starting with SS121 and this board is totally different than previous ones I've purchased (family members). I'm not saying there aren't better stabs, but these totally seem fine and there is no rattle.
If I were to replace them, i would most likely get these, trim them, and lube them.
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B096JVL2MQ/
They are not v2, but I can't seem to find v2 for plate-mount stabs. I did put those on a epomaker full size, but the lighting on that board, made me stop using it.
I would recommend this mouse for a cheaper alternative. Great performing sensor (get the 3335 version), low weight, long battery life (especially if you turn off rgb). I bought this while waiting for the wireless model D to be released and now my wife uses it for productivity and browsing. It’s great for the money.

Mat is from Amazon:
It went on a temp sale for £7.21 see keep an eye out.
There's certain ones, here's the profile page which should be the sae style just different colors. Was shopping around and just went with the shine-thru ones cause they were the cheapest and why not try.

Lmaooo you got it!
This knob comes with an adjustment screw that you can tighten on the flat portion of the encoder. Just place the knob with the screw facing the flat surface and tighten. Works like a charm and it's probably the biggest knob you can put in there without hitting the home key!
Followup question if anyone has: The switches on amazon I found (milky type) have what looks like a solid piece over the spot the LED would be, question is, if I use these instead, would the LED cause the whole switch to glow(IE diffuse the light better) ??

Has anyone possibly been able to see these with good LED lights on south-facing boards? (I cannot find a decent screenshot with these to see)

https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B08JP7RHXG/ref=ask\_ql\_qh\_dp\_hza?th=1
I figured it would be overkill, but this 4 volt electric screwdriver worked perfectly for me.
I usually only use my Wowstick for stuff like keyboards, but it wasn't nearly enough torque to get those damn screws out. Glorious seriously needs to lessen how tight they're installing screws in the GMMK Pro.
They are hard to find because not a lot of manufacturers make translucents for non-standard keyboards. I think your best bet is going with some of the "SA" sets that are doubleshot as those appear to support additional layouts.
Something like: https://www.amazon.com/LTC-LavaCaps-Doubleshot-Translucent-Mechanical/dp/B0916738NC?ref_=ast_sto_dp

99% of any translucent keycaps you will find will be OEM and almost all of them will only fit standard 104/108 keyboards.
Can confirm, my Drop Skylight set is super hard to see. It's almost like the legends aren't there at all. Giving this set a try next, as someone in the reviews had it on their GMMK pro and it looked decent. I really wish they hadn't put the LEDs south facing =(
Price: $12.99 (4-pack)
Link: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01A7BODGS/
That seller I believe also has a 2-pack Titanium set for about $16 or $18.
I bought mine from Aliexpress, they were cheaper and took about 2 weeks to arrive but they're also available on Amazon prime here
Any idea if this would fit? It's 18.5OD and 6.0ID and I thought I saw someone's pic with a similar guitar knob on theirs.
Doubt it matters too much, but I bought this one for the exact same issue (along with a paint brush) and it worked fine, still no squeak months later:
