There is, if you're on mobile. First, download Tachiyomi from https://tachiyomi.org/, assuming you use Android. It's a free open-source manga/doujin reader. After installing it, open it and go to the Extensions tab, then install FoolSlide which includes Hentai Cafe as a source (there's also various other extensions for nHentai, eHentai, HentaiNexus, etc.). After installing the FoolSlide extension, go into the catalogue, search for the title (in this case it'd be "[Hissatsukun] Being Toyed With"), scroll down to the Hentai Cafe section, select the right doujin, and click the little bookmark icon. Exit out of the search, go back into the My Library tab, then click on the doujin, swipe over to the Chapters tab, click the 3 dots on the chapter and click Download. I hope this helps! :)
