Yes, I bought Husky Liners for the 2016–2019 Honda Civic for my 2020 Insight, and they fit perfect. The trunk liner is the same as the civic’s too, but I bought an off brand on eBay for that.
Buy this magnet mount (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00I9I8O2Q/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_F0AXV2JJKMWR1EX8TT2D), get a mini USB cord for your phone, plug the mount in the power outlet, cord in the USB, cord in your phone, phone on the mount and then you'll have just enough space to put your fob/keys on the ledge. Now you can charge your phone whenever you need to, utilize carplay, and have hands free visibility to message or turn by turn directions, all while having your keys secured and easy to grab on the way out with your phone
I have these shades and I love them. They just stick on and you can move them around. They come in two different tint levels so that you can still see through it if you want to put it on your driver's side window and still see. I highly recommend it.
I know you said you have tints but usually the front windows and the windshield are much less tinted by law so these are nonpermanent solutions for when the sun just happens to be right in your eye.
I ordered this:
https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B07741C7ZB/ref=ppx_od_dt_b_asin_title_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
The product name is:
> Seadream Angled USB C cable,10 Inch Nylon Braided Right Angle Type C USB Data Charging Cable for Galaxy Note 8 S8 S8+, Pixel, Moto Z, LG G6 G5 V20 Nexus 5X 6P and More (2Pack Black)
The reach is almost perfect for my non-XL Pixel 3.
Prior to that, I ran a longer cable along the inside of the phone tray and down the passenger side of the console and underneath the floor mat / passenger seat and back around on itself in a loop. Used electrical tape to secure it and help it keep its shape.
Pull your carpet up and put Mass Loaded Vinyl down, you'll love it.
I got something that fixed this. After digging for a solution, I found out many vehicles struggle with Android auto. I bought this device called AAwireless All things considered, if you use android auto as much as me the hundred bucks is totally worth it. I have it connected with a super short usb and boom. My phone connects wireless, every time within about a minute or so of starting my 2022 insight. For reference, I have an S21 Ultra 5g.
Second all of these.
Here is a link for the grab handle sunglasses holder. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07X32BWD2/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&th=1
Also: all weather floor mats, 10th gen Civic has the same fit
Get a spare tire. Again, the one that fits the Civic should work. There may be people on ebay selling the whole kit.
I purchased this one for the back seat: https://smile.amazon.com/dp/B07PF9NWVL/ref=cm_sw_r_apan_i_CNZTZWA4VZ1SCBQFKHFZ?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
And this one for the front seats: PETICON Waterproof Front Seat Car Cover 2 Pack, Full Protection Dog Car Seat Cover with Side Flaps, Nonslip Scratchproof Captain Chair Seat Cover Fits for Cars, Trucks, SUVs, Jeep https://smile.amazon.com/dp/B08B3KNY6S/ref=cm_sw_r_apan_i_TET865M3WPRWN26VEJNT?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
I've been using them since 2019, no complaints.
This is the item: https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B08FBY351F/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o02_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1
I bored a hole the size the instructions required, and it installed with a large nut behind it. You have to be careful of the clearance behind it when positioning it. I ran the positive wire toward the front, up under the dash, and to the fuse panel to the left of the driver's feet. I used a fuse tap to tap into the ACC fuse so it only works when the car is on. The negative wire can be tied to any bolt on the frame (there are a couple under the console, but I ended up running it to the front. If you remove the panel under the dash on the right side (where you access the 12V battery) there's actually a large bolt where a bunch of other ground wires connect to. That's where I connected the negative wire. I also took the rubber cap off since it's for inside use and I'm not worried about dust or moisture.
Ah I see, I come back with mine following the corner of the phoe tray and loop around to the passenger side down the center console wall.
Got a bunch of these
I bought this one off Amazon.
I works well. There’s only been a few times I had to restart/unplug it to make it connect. I bought it at the beginning of December, 2021.
Search YouTube and watch some reviews.
Love my aftermarket ones from amazon. Have driven ~10k miles with 0 problems. Still look just as beautiful as the day I got em. (Make sure to clean the surface with Isopropyl alcohol before applying.)
I could be wrong on this. But they look just like the OEM Honda ones, and the chances of them coming out of the same factory is pretty high...
No knowledge of seat covers but as with most 3rd gen insight accessories, stuff for the 10th gen Civic may fit.
As for other accessories, I recommend all weather floor mats, a trunk mat, and a real spare tire.
Also, I added this holder for sunglasses
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07X32BWD2/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
This is the one I use . Very easy to find a position that's comfortable, and works surprisingly well for the price. I prefer the magnet mount, but it does block wireless charging and you really need a case.
If you really want/need one then I recommend getting this one: Bafx Products Wireless Bluetooth Obd2 Scanner Diagnostic Code Reader & Scan Tool for Android Devices Only - Scan, Reset & Clear Car Check Engine Light https://www.amazon.com/dp/B005NLQAHS/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glc_fabc_cSlbGbSRQFMSV?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
I got the welcome light for my 2021 and it’s just the nicest little luxury I added. I think I might end up getting the footwell interior light too but I might look for one with dynamic lights to change the color whenever I’d like. I also got these from Amazon with a white trim and I think they make the ivory interior look sleeker.
Horn upgrade, the one on the Insight is embarrassing and totally inaudible at expressway speeds 😂
I used this one and it's pretty impressive: https://www.amazon.com/SUPER-MARCO-TORNADO-Compact-Vehicles/dp/B01FMN90KU
You'll want to pick up a wiring adapter for it to avoid any kind of splicing: https://www.collegehillshonda.com/product/0S18.html
This one can bolt up to the stock mount with a little bit of convincing, fits nicely, and has a pretty cool two-tone sound.
Have you thought about aftermarket improvements? I got the EX a couple weeks ago and I've added some leather seat covers off Amazon that actually look surprisingly good. They cost $160 though, so they should. I also added some all black nylon seat covers to go under the leather, but those only cost <$30 and the pure black look goes a long way. As for the back support, I know it looks tacky but you really need to get one of these. Maybe the best $5 I've ever spent.

I've basically been trying to fill in the gaps between the EX and the Touring. Next step moonroof?
I noticed that your link points to a product that is currently not available. I bought this one that is a perfect fit for my 2020 Insight EX. https://www.amazon.com/Original-Windshield-Custom-Fit-Insight-Silver/dp/B07NWWW5QW/ref=sr_1_1?dchild=1&keywords=heat+shield+for+honda+insight&qid=1599495281&s=automotive&sr=1-1
I searched my orders and couldn't find it, so I must have bought it somewhere else. That's weird because I buy everything on Amazon, and now I don't remember where I got it. Lol But it was a cheap one, I didn't get anything fancy. If you go to Amazon and search seat heating kits, there are a bunch. Mine has the little round button. If you're in the LA area, I can give you the name of the guy that installed it for me. He does seat upholstery, so probably any place like that could do it.
Something like this is what I got. Dorman 628-040 Universal Seat Heater Kit https://www.amazon.com/dp/B002U6IL9O/ref=cm_sw_r_other_apa_i_KhAnEb3BRK7R7
Fumoto F-107 Engine Oil Drain Valve https://www.amazon.com/dp/B003VCCQSS?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
Here’s one I bought for another vehicle. I have them on all three of my vehicles. The only thing that I don’t like is it takes a longer time to drain.
