Or the BTR3K but main update is balanced which you can't use with those IEMs anyway.
https://www.amazon.com/FiiO-BTR3K-Bluetooth-Headphone-Unbalanced/dp/B085XT3V3X/
Both cheaper than the BTR5 or Qudelix and plenty of power for IEMs. The older 3 has an integrated clip which is handy. Sound is great on both of these and they do high end codecs like LDAC but iOS, Mac, PC won't support that anyway. Or I presume it's great on the 3K, I have the 5, 3 and uBTR.
BTR5 and Qudelix are good as well if you want to spend more. But I'm not sure really that much better for IEM use, they have substantially more power for harder to drive headphones but you don't need that for your Etys.
Another option is this, which is currently less than $9 on Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07XYQ2ZKH/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1. I have one and it works great. Also, I don't think what specific chip is used matters all that much for dongles under $20.
As long as you have Bluetooth you can use TWS. They have their own DACs and amps inside their shells. It’s one of the reasons why they are so relatively expensive for the sound quality.
This TWS conversion kit advertises transparency mode. I don’t know how good it is, but it’s the only TWS conversion kit that has transparency mode that I know of. It’s also the most expensive.
A little off topic, but why do you need new filters? If it’s earwax, there are tips with filters for that. They are relatively expensive, but you will never lose IEMs to earwax again and they get rid of that pressurized feeling. An alternative would be getting a hearing aid vacuum cleaner. This option is quite expensive but you only need to buy it once and you can use whatever tips with whatever sound signature you want.

This one works too. Got myself one a few weeks back, works perfectly. Same attachment.
Plus you get some admittedly awful spare drivers with it
Should be this one, yeet the garbage drivers that it comes with. I bought mine from a British store for really cheap but I'm in Italy an it was before Brexit as well.
I have a pair and wear them under a crash helmet.
At first they didn't stay in because the supplied tips didn't grip properly but I bought some tips off of amazon uk (here is the link https://www.amazon.co.uk/Aocar-Silicone-Compatible-WF-1000XM4-Transparent/dp/B09K3KG342/ref=mp_s_a_1_6?crid=H7UQFIXD9UVV&keywords=linkbuds+tips&qid=1658318684&sprefix=linkbuds+tips%2Caps%2C87&sr=8-6 ) and the clear ones have a similar feel to Airpods Pro tips. Now they don't move and don't fall out of my ears when I take my helmet off.

This is the one that I have been using for years. Though.... these days it gets used on my iPad while on the road the most often, and if I am listening to music, it is specifically and intentionally on my M11 Plus.
I got one of these craft storage drawers. Basically one drawer per IEM. Then make labels for the front if you'd like, otherwise just remember which is where. This one only has 16 drawers but you can always get multiple/one with more drawers. It's pretty nice to keep them in here since I can easily reach for the ones I need.
Ok thank you, I thought the arias had a microphone, on amazon here it says they do in the description:https://www.amazon.co.uk/Moondrop-Performance-Diaphragm-Dynamic-Earphone/dp/B091DPFLSH .
I thought i saw it with a mic option on other sites too but I guess I'm wrong lol.
I have a limited sample of IEMs and cans to pull experience from, but I love my Moondrop Starfields, Sennheiser 599, and KPH30is out of my Fiio BTR5.
I use it to connect my headphones to my computer, I've taken it in the car and plugged it into the aux and I used to take it with me to work before I bought Lypertek Tevi 2.0s TWS.
It has enough power to run anything I've got, and I've seen a few reviews of people running HD600s off the balanced out. The sound and depth is fantastic imo, I have zero complaints with the device at all, despite initially being hesitant about bluetooth audio. Thankfully, my phone supports LDAC. Even on AptX though, it's hardly noticeable, if at all.
Generally any 0.78 2 pin will work as long as it will also fit in the port cutout around where you plug it in.
I use this cable(2pin, 3.5mm) with my starfields, which should have the same size port as the aria.
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07DW6X6LZ/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&th=1
I have an Aria and I'm personally about to buy one of these as it has a mic, seems to be of good quality, and has full 3 button controls.
I have this cable and it fits my Moondrop Kato, which has a similar recessed plug to the Aria, so I would think that this one would fit.
I don't have the Aria tho so of course I can't test and see, but at least this cable isn't as expensive as some others.
Realistically, probably not.
There are US reshippers (Shipito, Reship, MyUS.com, Stackry) which let you buy from US sellers but by the time their fees are added on, it won't likely be worth it.
This seller, selling it for $71.89 on Amazon, will ship internationally, but plus "$51.44 Shipping & Import Fees Deposit to Thailand".
https://www.amazon.com/AKG-Wireless-Bluetooth-Earphones-Canal/dp/B088D4QWT7/
Shipping costs out of the US to Asia are typically extremely high, to the point it just isn't worth it. They are very cheap the other direction.
I got the Galaxy Buds2 for $75 direct from Samsung on Shopee, and I suspect these are in many ways better- features, ergonomics, size, connectivity, etc. Same rank from Crinacle (B+). Need to wait for a sale and/or use a coupon, you can very often get 10-20% off or back in coins with Shopee at least here in Thailand.
Hey friendo, are these the tips you mentioned? https://www.amazon.com/AZLA-SednaEarfit-XELASTEC-Pairs-Size/dp/B08BR8HQ4F?th=1&psc=1
I have them but the hole isn't big enough to fit the blessing 2 :( do I just stretch it?

Personally I would actually suggest the Sony MDR-EX15AP you can find everywhere for like 8 euros, they are very comfortable (Standard included tips are the one that come with the Z1R interestingly), fairly good tuning which is somewhat reminiscent of the legendary MH755 and the microphone is actually fairly good too.
Of course the CRA is a super valid suggestion, I just wouldn't call it particularly comfortable either as someone who has both of these.
These two reviews just came out, they're not from audiophiles in any way. They say they're a bit bass-heavy but very eq-able. But they dont even bother comparing them to IEMs. Though I'm not sure if they are aware that they could be compared.

These are the only two reviews out so far, and they JUST came out in the last 20 hours.
You can get little BT adapters that click to the bottom of the Switch that support AptX and even AptX-LL, I have one (I use it with my PC for AptX-HD support, I don't have a Switch). Can be as cheap as $5-6 here in SE Asia, the one I got was I think $12 to support AptX HD, they are a bit more rare. Works great. I'd just love a similarly cheap thing that did LDAC from the PC, that would really clean up. (Or for that matter, for Windows to get native LDAC support, Linux can do it.)

The reviews for this one seem really good for 15 bucks. Thoughts? How is the ALC 4042 from Realtek?

Pretty sure Fiio has a MMCX or 2-pin Neckband-style Bluetooth adapter, so basically could use that and whatever wired MMCX earphones you'd like. Here it is. This way, if you have issues with the neckband, like a dead battery or whatever, you could replace only the neckband and not have to throw out your headphones.
As a bonus, it broadens your options, things like the Tin T4, Moondrop Starfield, or on the lower-priced end, the Tin T2 and BLON BL-03 are available if you wanted.
The Galaxy Buds are definitely more comfortable with a better fit than the Sony WF-1000XM3, you can sleep much easier with them on.
The Sony WF-1000XM3 are my favourites due to a lot of reasons. I think the sound quality is great, the ANC is great, the sound customization (EQ, Volume Control, etc.) is much better than what is on the Galaxy Buds, I prefer the bass on the XM3, proprietary tech is unique and interesting, etc.
That being said, I would advise you to consider the Sony WF-SP800N. They are more comfortable, stable with the hook and fit, have more bass, still have ANC (which is good but not exactly there to the XM3), have IP55 protection (good for dust and water so long as you don't submerge them in water), suitable for exercise, etc. They are currently on sale with 25% off ($150 instead of $200) and may be more suitable for you striking a nice middle ground between what you find on both earbuds.

I had the same concern. I wonder if any amazon reviews are up yet.

Yup, 4 reviews:

still waiting for mine since I pre-ordered.
there are actually some critiques early on in the review /u/vxeel posted.
