For inspiration on how to distribute the DVD see this link:

There are DVD labels in the release, but you can make your own if you wish. It's best to get some plastic wallets to put the DVD's in.

It's the best of the worst. Subtitle creation software which doesn't suck is typically quite expensive. And very few people in the open source have ever seen real subtitling software so they tend to reinvent the wheel over and over again
Not at all. All I did was install and turn it on. Does it take to the browser page where it says it's connecting? Is the icon green in the taskbar notifications?
Enter this site here: http://whatismyipaddress.com/ If the application is active it should say you are located in the UK if you're using Expat Shield or US if you are using Hotspot Shield. Does it?
We need funding for the website and then I'll build this feature in. If you guys help me raise the capital for the website then I'd be more than happy for you to effectively design your own site in this collaborative way.
IF you like what we're doing, please support the indiegogo pitch and invite your email contacts to become collaborators. The more funds we can get, the quicker I can get the site done.
I agree that their site looks a bit dated, but I love how they did it otherwise. I think it would be great if they used some sort of interactive charts to spice it up a little (I plan on using that JS library for my own charts in the future).
You can always donate!? ;-)

The torrent file download will be the fastest but i'll look into getting it uploaded to rapidshare or somewhere... but this is a slow solution? How come you want to download it that way?
Have been consistently impressed with Adam Curtis, he is one of my most recommended sources.
Hope you don't mind a recommendation that goes along nicely with his work.
Firstly, "Taking the Risk Out of Democracy", compiled into a book after the death of Alex Carey who was researching the history of corporate propaganda.
A reading of his manuscript that is well worth the time at the following link
http://www.radio4all.net/index.php/program/4041
Secondly, John Taylor Gatto's "Underground History of American Education"
An excellent interview with Gatto at the next link

Also would recommend the books, "The Shock Doctrine" by Naomi Klein and "Confessions of an Economic Hitman" by John Perkins
Thanks for the post!
