akiba sucks. they turned it into a paylink and Keep2Share pay per download file hosting affiliate scam site after their server crash. Haven't bother with them since last year's crash.
They just take free links from other sites, and put them on theirs.

The generic term for it is 男装, so you might get some results from that.
For some strange reason DMM.co.jp has a tag for the reverse, but not 男装 (most of those works are shoved under その他フェチ (other fetishes))
