At the end of the day, keto comes down to carbs and calories. Keeping your carbs under 25g/day keeps you in ketosis and keeping yourself in a calorific deficit means you're losing weight. Check the nutritional information on the salami wrapper and factor it into your macros.
A food diary like https://cronometer.com/ makes the keto life much easier. For example, it shows me that a 100g serve of 'traditional salami' has 6g of carbs and 270kcal.
What're the conflicting views you've heard?
Something may be dodgy there. All of these things are mostly carbs:
The odds that they all add up to 0g carbs per 125g are very, very low.
I'm guessing it'll be low carb and probably be fine, but the numbers are dodgy and I wouldn't trust them.
I noticed the other day that Coles Shredded Parmesan has the serving size listed at 25g but the calories/macros in the nutritional information are clearly for 10g servings (see it replicated here).
I'm starting to get suspicious of Coles brand nutritional info...
IIRC the regular Masterfoods All Purpose Seasoning isn't super high in carbs per serve, so unless you're going overboard with it you should be fine!
EDIT: Here you go
I use: https://cronometer.com/
Because it lets me track to a micronutrient level (vitamins and minerals), it is handy to have, you can create your own foods and recipes and the like.
You can set macro goals, micro goals, by the gram no issue. And it is free.
Buttttt, it has no Australian products. I don't mind too much since on keto I hardly eat brand name packaged stuff, and if the database food is incorrect, you can edit a copy, for example: - Buy Delfi feta, has 1g of carbs per 100g - Feta in the cronometer database has 4g per 100g, edit a copy to update carbs and any other macros, save, and use going forward.
Requires a bit more work, but their browser set up is good and gives me more control then MFP I find.
I have this one and I love it
RENPHO Bluetooth Body Fat Scale - Smart Bmi Scale Digital Bathroom Weight Scale, Body Composition Analyzer with Smartphone App, 396 Lbs https://www.amazon.com.au/dp/B01N1UX8RW/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_fabc_CXC1FbJ0PT16S?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
I use Hydrolyte. It’s unflavored so I throw it in whatever drink I want. Sometimes I’m mix that in with vitamin C orange and it’s a yummy keto drink
It’s on amazon check it

I scanned the wrong one. I buy the purple bags which are a bit cheaper. On amazon they have the back of the packets which has the macros. amazon link
If Keto isn’t working out right now you could possibly cycle through 12 weeks of the CSIRO low carb diet and meal plans. It’s a bit of prep so if you’re ultra time poor might not be a go, but this is what I use when not strict keto and it’s loaded with great fresh veggies, mostly chicken and fish (a lot is baked) and herbs and spices to keep it interesting
CSIRO is an Australia scientific research and innovation organisation if you’re not familiar
Great price on the Califia Almond Milk. Cheaper than the box I bought from Amazon on the weekend 🙄
Zooper Dooper No Sugar cheapest on Amazon, $2.92 with subscription discount, minimum 3, plus shipping (free with Prime or $39 spend) Link
I just ordered 3 bags. Hopefully I won't smash them in two days like the last bag I bought! I will only freeze a couple at a time..
12 x 1.25 litre bottles $10.18 on Amazon.

I didn't find this in Amazon but I found a ZERO sugar version
32g serving size of this one has 15 calories and 2g carbs. It has a miniscule amount of sugar and sucralose is also the sweetener, but also last ingredient on the list.
How does the Low Sugar version compare with the Zero one.
if you have an espresso machine, you can steam almond milk and add a vanilla Chai tea bag.
If not, you can microwave milk (with the tea bag) and use a frother like this - https://www.amazon.com.au/IKEA-Milk-Frother-303-011-67-Black/dp/B013S27CLQ/ref=asc_df_B013S27CLQ/?tag=googleshopmob-22&linkCode=df0&hvadid=341745719754&hvpos=&hvnetw=g&hvrand=8324272201856510695&hvpone=&hvptwo=&hvqm...
There are various flavours but here's one link
Edlyn Diet Strawberry Jelly Crystals 500 g https://www.amazon.com.au/dp/B09G3BHCTZ
Just search Edlyn Diet Jelly and you'll see the other flavours.
https://www.eatthismuch.com has a calculator to figure out your calories and an automatic meal planner. Just remember to selectbthe keto option when usingthe planner.
https://www.fatsecret.com is a free calorie and nutrition tracker that calculates carbs correctly.
Good luck with starting though. I'm planning to do the same in July once I get back from holidays.
I just use the website on my PC as I find fiddling around with my phone to take 3x as long as with a mouse and keyboard. I have no idea if their mobile app is any good, but I've heard it is.
I really enjoy Hi-Lyte brand. Come in droplets to add to a drink for quick absorb or in capsule form. Been using for years in many climates with success 💕
I’ve been looking at the wyze scales recently and will buy a set after Xmas if they have a sale, I’m currently using my old Aldi ones which are horrendous and give me different readings every time I step in them and they fluctuate by massive amount !!

No. Link below. The larger cucumber spears give a very different flavour profile somehow (in comparison to the whole mini cucumbers).

Just a heads up that if you're with Amazon Prime you can often get free international shipping depending on the seller.
For example I just checked and you can get JD Liquid Lucralose (4 fl oz) for $21 with free shipping
Presuming they're the same recipe as the ones on Amazon, seen them before but I haven't tried them.
I live in Anchorage, they are at both Kroger Fred Meyer and Carrs grocery store. They taste just like reg tortillas. They are med sized. They’re categorized as “Taco Tortillas”. No sugar added etc. Someone else on reddit posted them for their pizza recipe.

I'm tearing through these cartons. Add to coffee. Add cacao powder to it with a natural sweetner for chocolate mousse, and protein powder to that if I'm low on protein. So easy and delicious, maybe my favorite keto ingredient.
You can buy a vegetable julienne for $3 from Coles or Woolies, they'll work well for thin or short noodles. A straight vege peeler for $2 from any cheap shop will do thin linguine/tagliatelle just fine.
For more advanced and stronger thicker types of noodle (like the standard Hokkien type noodles from the shops), you'll want one of these for $30(US) + about $10 for postage: http://www.amazon.com/Paderno-World-Cuisine-A4982799-Tri-Blade/dp/B0007Y9WHQ or http://www.amazon.com/Spiralizer%C2%AE-Tri-Blade-Vegetable-Strongest-Heaviest-Gluten-Free/dp/B00GRIR87M
Just make sure you purchase the correct shape and length of zucchini for the type of noodle/pasta you want to try and make.
