This is the recipe I used, without the lethicin. I infused 4T of coconut oil with 6g of flower, estimated at 15% thc. I got 155 bears meat approx 6mg per bear.
Next time I’d make the following adjustments: 1. No need to spray molds 2. Use the smallest saucepan you have - makes it easier to suck up the liquid into the dropper as you go.

Keto waffles
Servings: I got 6
1 cup almond flour 1 cup heavy cream 1/2 TBSP baking powder 1/2 Tsp salt 3 eggs 1/2 tsp imitation maple extract 1 Tsp vanilla 2 TBSP oil (I use avocado) 2 TBSP ground flax seed (optional) 1 scoop MCT powder (optional) 1 scoop beef collagen powder (optional) Sugar free maple syrup (we use this
Mix dry ingredients first, then wet. If you need to thin down the batter, I recommend unsweetened almond milk but water is okay too. I also recommend using avocado oil because waffle irons get hot. I like my waffles crispy on the outside so my waffles are set to HIGH (get it... high? ��)
The key, as with all waffles, is to know when they’re done. If you like crispy waffles, wait until they stop steaming. Lots of steam = softer. Less steam = crispier.
Net carbs: the only things in there with a carbohydrate are the almond flour, heavy cream and baking powder. The baking powder gets a pass because it’s a small amount. Heavy cream as 6 carbs per cup. And almond flour has 12 net per cup... So that’s 3 net carbs per waffle.
TL; DR: 3 net carbs per waffle.
Get the kind you make fresh in the microwave. Just look on amazon, you can buy in big bulk bags or single serving bags like popcorn. Eat them immediately after making when they’re still popping and cracking. They get less delicious as they sit and get stale.

I use this brand of electrolyte powder and I absolutely love it. The bonus is that the electrolyte drink helps with fasting as well.
I doubt you will find a combined product because electrolytes are water soluble salts and CBD/THC are oil soluble. I bet you could make some really salty edibles using a flavorless electrolyte powder.

I think generally the point of Keto is to burn stored fat, which contains metabolized THC compounds that tip the test, so probably go back on carbs to lock that stuff up is the right move for now.

I trippled the waffle/pancake recipes and got 30
I also quadrupled the pizza crust and got 16.
The kcal and carb listed on my labels are for 1 each.

They come out super crispy. I dump them out of the bag onto a plate and then put the toppings on, pop them back in the microwave. You can drench them in cheese and they'll stay crispy for at least 45 minutes.
You want a warm, gooey brownie with ice cream? Make a flax-seed muffin in a mug, then whip up some whipped cream. I like to use caramel flavored, sugar-free syrup.
I used a crockpot plugged into a digital temp controller for a while. It did just fine. But a friend of mine let me borrow his magic butter maker and I loved the thing so much I bought one. The crock pot works, but the butter maker is a simple set and forget item. I often let it run tink batches over night. Unfortunately it costs twice your price point.
If you have a crockpot and dont want to spring for the butter maker, I would say grab one of these and use it with your crockpot. This setup got me by for a few years.
I have not used any of the $100 butter maker knockoffs, but I would recommend getting by with a crockpot until you can spring for the good one.

Start with the tiniest capsule size and a VERY tiny about of rso. You can experiment with the dose over time and figure out what works for you. Make sure to note the measurements on the RSO syringe so you know exactly what you're taking.
BE careful about making sure you have CBD/THC - the THC only RSO is not for the casual user, it's crazy powerful.

I also find I use it for a single serving of whipped cream, or really any time I need to mix a single serving of something and I'm lazy.
homemade bone broth, oysters, a hard exercise for serotonin secretion, drinking water beyond satiation. Do em all and enjoy your Zzz's. Little obvious tricks for any diet = don't eat within 4 hours of bed and get you some blue light blocking glasses for $9 on amazon. If you've done most of this, can't emphasize enough,chug water until you're tired. Even if you can't keep up with the salt, you can catch up the next morning. Sleep is too important. Never underestimate how much extra salt and water you must take in to counteract the carb flush.
Keto flu is completely avoidable once you understand keto on a deeper level. My sleep improves when I switch over. Good luck!
