I'm not really sure if this is what you're looking for but do any of the fonts in the link meet your requirements? Possibly 'Mukta Vaani'.

I don't have any tried and tested methods, but I'll give you two ways that theoretically could work.
Online tutoring/language exchange (e.g. Tandem). I guess one of the best ways of learning are by doing. I think you might be able to find people who are willing to help you there. (If you haven't heard of a language exchange before, it's basically where you hook up with someone who wants to learn a language you know and also can speak the language you want to know and you can do various things with them like messaging and calls). If you know a native speaker, maybe you could practice with them.
Writing. Similarly to the above method where you try and learn by doing, you could write how you would say things in certain scenarios or journal. I guess you could also do voice recordings if you prefer. I think the act of recording whichever way may emulate the 'thinking on your feet' aspect you need when you are trying to speak.
I guess these are sort of vague responses. Perhaps you could tell us what aspect of speaking you're interested in improving (i.e., ability to recall the words in the moment or pronunciation or your choice of words etc..). Maybe you could also say what your motivation is for trying to do this.
Hope that helps.
