Hi! I'm on day one and simultaneously feel excited and nervous. These were $13 for 100 on amazon. Almost all others had a note saying, can't ship to 'your' address/area. Strange, but found these and worked perfectly. :)

I bought a little travel kit on Amazon. The first time I flew with Saxenda it was international so I had my doctor write a note stating it was a prescription, etc. No one ever questioned me and it didn’t trigger any extra checks.
Enjoy your travels!
I'm using the CSIRO low carb book as a plan, and my endo gave me a calorie goal of 1600 per day - he normally suggests keto and shakes but was happy for me to follow the CSIRO diet and my dieticians suggestions.

I've pretty much halved my meals. I don't drink Pepsi or any soft drink so can't comment on that. Maybe try drinking water instead? I have one coffee a day, I get headaches if I miss my coffee
Yes, the BD ones randomly hurt me as well. They seem to do best when I use them on my thighs. I use the novofine on my stomach. Those never hurt. I buy them on Amazon (link below)

Natural Calm is not for constipation but this stuff is amazing! I take a bit more than the recommended 2 teaspoons every other day (I don’t measure, but a small spoonful)
Congratulations on your success so far. I bought a FRIO mini sharps bin meant for travel based on another recommendation here. The needles fit into it. Bought from Amazon UK. Mini Sharps Bin (1 Pack) (Black) https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B09CTQGKCQ?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
I bought these from Amazon. These are the needles that came with my trial/sample pen from doctor. So I bought same type on Amazon. Pharmacy said the doc would have to prescribe needles separately, which is doable, but I figured this was just easier.
Like someone else said 30 day supply at full dose is 5 pens. But go up slowly per instructions
Also, Don’t forget to use the prescription savings card from the saxenda website to help lower prescription cost.

So protein is what gets you through the day... and I'm going to go on about my Ninja "Foodi" for a minute, because I'm all about the easy protein... First, I make a lot of chicken in advance, that I can eat throughout the week. Bone-in drumsticks or thighs are like $.70/lb, which is great. I also keep a bag of frozen, raw shrimp in the freezer (costco) they only take about 10 min using the "air crisp" setting. Hard boiled eggs, 7 minutes in the pressure cooker, and half the time they're already out of the shells. But even if they didn't fall out of the shell, they're the easiest eggs I've ever peeled.
I also eat a lot of weird seafood things. Herring in wine sauce is one of my go-to meals, usually with onions, salsa, maybe some avocado. However... the best ratio I've seen for protein/calorie that isn't some fake vanilla/choco B.S. is this unflavored Falonia Pea Powder. 30G protein at 141 calories. Yes, you need to work out the spices/garlic/onion/veg/etc.... but it's a great base. If you're worried about sodium, Herb Ox makes sodium free bouillon, or you can get the "no salt added" broth from the store. But you can also take all those chicken bones you used from the foodi, along with all your vegetable scraps, and toss them in the freezer until you have enough to make your own bone broth. A deep rich bone broth takes about 2-3hrs in the foodi using the pressure cooker setting. The bones will get to the point where they disintegrate. This bone broth per cup is like 6-10g of protein at about 30-40 calories. I like to toss in a cinnamon stick, fresh garden herbs, tons of spices and you can just sip it like a tea! But combined with the pea powder and you're looking at possibly 50g of protein in under 200 calories.
Same as you, Anthem BC/BS and $25.Feel very fortunate. I ordered needles from amazon for about $13.50 /100. Better than insurance - yipee! I posted link in another comment but here it is again:
