I had installed bidet when my wife was first pregnant. It cut our toilet paper usage down by almost 70%. I liked it so much that the started carrying a backcountry bidet on my hiking trips and I don't even carry toilet paper anymore.
After cloth diapering two kids, I tried to convince her that we should just keep it going and use cloth wipes at home to dry of after the bidet but she was not going for it. But I have a box of them down in the basement stored away for the day when we need them.
The best thing for me is shoe inserts and a premium foot massager. That thing gets blood flowing around your feet. It won't help with immediate pain, but it will over time, and it also feels great. The LOW option is useless. You want to use HIGH and make sure you insert your foot correctly or your outer small toe will hurt. I bought mine awhile ago and it kinda looks like this one .
This is the one I got. It isn't the best but it works (even my 5 year old manages to use it.) It is hard to get centered just right and if you ever go past level one on the water pressure dial, you might hurt your self (I should probably get a pressure-reducing valve). I will say, don't worry about getting a water heating one as you get used to cool water.
