Congrats! And normal pillows aren't typically meant to be sat on. You could look into something like this: https://www.amazon.com/Everlasting-Comfort-Cushion-Designed-Tailbone/dp/B01EBDV9BU/
Does your mom know you want to lose weight? It's hard when you're trying to act "normal" around her and she thinks "normal" is eating cookies. If you confess that you're on a diet it might take the pressure off. Also, if you try your best, you probably won't gain very much weight. If you know how to track your calories you can at least only eat what your body needs in a day- you might not lose weight that way, but at least you'll know if you're over doing it! I like this site because it also shows me what nutrients I need. https://cronometer.com/
Remember, you have your whole life to get to your goal weight, so it's good to stay on track, but don't stress too much about the stuff you can't control right now.

ALSO Amazon let's you return to a lot of places without even wrapping them!!
Find a hobby if you eat out of boredom. If you're hungry, maybe you're not eating enough or eating enough of the right foods. Track your nutrient intake with cronometer.com

What kind of workouts do you like? yoga, HIIT, weight training? They've got everything on Youtube
I eat super bland to the point it's kind of a joke- I asked my ex if he always cooked "fancy" meals for himself and he was like, "yeah, it's a hobby.... you still eating boiled lentils and shit?"
I like using cronometer.com because it gives you a nutrient break down because while I'm 100% ok with this stuff I need to make sure I get all my vitamins and fat soluble ones like vitiman E can be trickier.
Also, for pasta sauce I strongly recommend getting tomato paste and cutting it with some water and adding seasonings. It both taste pretty much great and just like regluar sauce and ketchup has added sugar. I'm not being SUPER stricked at the moment but I just got back into trying to lose weight and at a certain extent I'd rather eat an apple and feel full and satisfied than put a tiny bit of butter on my food I'm not going to notice.
HI! I'm almost 34 and I've been alittle bit chubby my whole adult life- whenever my weight creeps up I'll go on a diet and look great but then stop ect. This time I decided I want to stick with it and be LEAN for once! So I feel you! I've lost 15/20lbs since December. It's really easy to track my food with the quarantine so I just set chronometer to lose 1.5lbs per week (https://cronometer.com/)..... it's been going great but earlier this week I got REALLY hungry for a few days and had one day where I really binged! and that's not something I normally do! I ate over 2000 calories, and tracked all of them! The next day I started to eat to much, but then I stopped and went on a VERY long walk. So by the end of the day I was in a slight caloric deficit, and felt like I had some control. I know around my period I get super hungry and was considering bumping up my calories for a few days, but this happened sooner than I expected, and also I would say if you feel like you're struggling and you use something to track your calories you can always just give yourself alittle more- I've considered setting it to only losing 1lb per week- because it's better to be able to stick with the diet for a long time rather than go fast.
ANYWAY! This is like my own rant, but I think what I'm saying is don't be to hard on yourself, and also have a plan! I feel like if you just over eat and aren't sure how much damage you've done you "punish" yourself by working out like crazy and still feel bad ect. If you track everything it's better to understand a slip up isn't going to ruin your plans- my day of over even kind of leveled out to two days of eating at mantainence in the long run, which is nothing!
People who are saying thrifting are right. Also there’s clothing modifications you can make as you get to the in between sizes.
Like the skinny clip
Leather tool punches for belts are key
I also really liked these no sew buckle clasps - they say “extender” but it’s more like “no sew” tailoring. My only critique is that the backs of them can be uncomfortable over the day or if you’re sitting down. But, because you can adjust them, they’re a great option to save you a couple pant sizes. Especially if you lose weight faster in your stomach than your legs (like me)
Shirts are less expensive than pants - so if you can cycle shirts through and keep your pants - that’s a major money saver.
Tailoring can also be a good option - especially when you get closer to your goal weight. You can keep clothes and have them tailored for less than buying something similar again.
Learning to “dart” your own clothing can be good too. You can either do it by hand or with a sewing machine.
Hand-me-downs are fantastic (clothing swaps in the before times were great for this). When I did the bulk of my weight loss I lived off of hand-me-downs for the first 40 lbs. You have to compromise on your “style” verse saving money, but it was worth it in the long run financially - plus it was really rewarding to finally buy clothes I loved in my size!
And, outlet stores. Places you can get inexpensive professional pieces for work (if you need that) are really important. I did, and still tend to buy clothes that are giving and allow me to have normal weight fluctuations.
Congratulations on your journey!
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.habitrpg.android.habitica I recommend this, find a party, get pets and mounts, upgrade equipment and defeat the monsters. All by doing tasks 😊 Helped me a ton over the years 😉 Helped me now to loose 16 kg 😀
I'm always cautious of products, and I personally don't know if this works, but I've seen results on other people, and it seems like it does what it says, so it may be worth looking into.

It's something I will probably buy at some point when I start to have loose skin show; however, I can't personally attest to it, its just something to look into.
(Also if anyone knows for certain if this works/doesn't work, I would love to know!)
Hey! You’re gonna be surprised, I actually got it on Amazon! Lol. It was super inexpensive too. I went ahead and added the link! Pink Top
