I’m so sorry.
Please call your OB and have them run a RPL panel. 3 is too many.
A book that I read after mine was “Is your Body Baby Friendly” and it really helped me pinpoint some underlying issues that could’ve caused mine in the past.
Also have them check your progesterone levels at your next cycle. Sometimes it’s a simple fix.
Is Your Body Baby Friendly?: How "Unexplained" Infertility, Miscarriage and IVF Failure Can Be Explained and Treated with Immunotherapy https://www.amazon.com/dp/0978507851/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_2EfgFbJQ6JSZB
And my other favorite book is “It starts with the egg”
It Starts with the Egg: How the Science of Egg Quality Can Help You Get Pregnant Naturally, Prevent Miscarriage, and Improve Your Odds in IVF https://www.amazon.com/dp/0999676180/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_BJfgFbMAXGTV3
Absolutely love the morning sickness tea from pink stork. I found it on amazon. I like to make a big pitcher of it and keep it iced in my fridge to sip on. :)

I’m so sorry!
When you can, ask your Dr for an RPL panel. Also check for uterine polyps, cysts, fibroids. I had a large polyp that my RE is pretty sure that caused my MC.
Also make sure you test progesterone and thyroid levels.
I read a few books when I had my MC. I did the Advanced Supplement Miscarriage Plan from It Starts With the Egg
And read this book Is Your Body Baby Friendly?: How "Unexplained" Infertility, Miscarriage and IVF Failure Can Be Explained and Treated with Immunotherapy https://www.amazon.com/dp/0978507851/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_4MO9Eb1E24Q4M
These aren’t strictly informative (there’s definitely some narrative in both, too!) but I loved Like A Mother and Bringing Up Bebe.
Like a Mother: A Feminist Journey Through the Science and Culture of Pregnancy https://www.amazon.com/dp/0062662945/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_tB2dFbT31HV
Bringing Up Bébé: One American Mother Discovers the Wisdom of French Parenting (now with Bébé Day by Day: 100 Keys to French Parenting) https://www.amazon.com/dp/0143122967/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_KC2dFbDJGHWK1
The narrative bits and unique perspectives made them super compelling reads. 🙂
What books are you buying and reading? I just bought these 2 and already have “what to expect when expecting”
Brain Health from Birth: Nurturing Brain Development During Pregnancy and the First Year https://www.amazon.com/dp/099967613X/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_q-0dFb9HMNB3P

I’m so sorry. Please ask your OB for RPL panel. 3 is too many!
I highly recommend this book. It helped me find some answers after my MMC

(💚💚💚Green hearts for our March babies!)
I can’t get enough of talking about what’s to come, so if you need someone to talk to, I’m here and I’m sure many of the people on this sub would be, too!
Talking to my therapist helped, but it sounds like you’re already on that. 🙂
Weird—but it helped me—I told my real estate agent because we’re closing soon. I probably won’t see her again after and she doesn’t have any direct interaction with my family and friends, but it felt super nice to hear an excited and pumped up “Congratulations!” It made it feel that much more real.
If you think that might help, heck, work it into conversation with a friendly barista or something while you’re going through the drive-thru.
Sorry about mother-daughter stuff. I feel you. My mother is like that, too—only my brothers bear the brunt of helping her because I tried and it drove me bananas. 🤪They live close to her and help her with all the things (finding an apartment, part-time job, anything else she finds too difficult to do on her own).
I don’t think I’m going to get any of the support I’d like from an ideal mother figure either. Unfortunately, there’s not much I can do about that. It makes me feel better read that someone else out there knows what that’s like. I hope you feel a bit less alone, too!
I started reading The Things They Don’t Tell You. It touches on some of this stuff and more.
The Things They Don't Tell You about Pregnancy https://www.amazon.com/dp/1609762703/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_Ap4dFbWRYAG40
I’m taking a short break from it until I’m 6-7 weeks because my anxiety is through the roof. Sometimes confronting difficult emotions (in that book for sure!) helps and then sometimes I just want a distraction.
You got this, and I hope you can find little ways to feel less alone!
I’m planning on reading Hypnobirthing (https://www.amazon.com/Hypnobirthing-Practical-Ways-Birth-Better/dp/0349419388).
This is baby #3 so I’m less invested in reading about pregnancy but I want more strategies for handling labor and delivery.
I got “Growing You: Keepsake Pregnancy Journal and Memory Book for Mom and Baby” from amazon. It’s beautiful. There is a few places to add pictures and there is really good writing prompts but not too many. It also has an envelope in the back to add any pictures you don’t glue in. Growing You: Keepsake Pregnancy Journal and Memory Book for Mom and Baby
Thanks! I think I found the variability confusing on the beta base website when I first looked at it. It’s such a wide range of acceptable numbers! I also found this one that helped! My mind is eased (for now). 😂

I've live in these things since my last pregnancy. Very comfy to sleep in, not tight, medium thickness fabric and just enough support. The thinner straps are cute but you will see find that the thicker straps are where it's at... Especially once we get out of tanktops in the autumn.
This one! Another user linked it in this subreddit, they are super soft and comfy for a decent price. :)
Does anyone have a book recommendation for dads that aren't huge readers? We ordered The Expectant Father for my husband but it's just a little too straight-forward and bland for him and he can't get into it. I don't want him to dread reading about the things he needs to know!
I cannot recommend this product highly enough - motion activated and completely non-toxic/non-harmful. Within two nights our cat never came back to the bedroom door while we were sleeping.
PetSafe SSSCAT Spray Deterrent https://www.amazon.com/dp/B000RIA95G/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_CaXmFbNAVTMDC
Good Earth Sweet and Spicy Caffeine Free. I’m obsessed and drink it every day. Sometimes I add it to decaf Nespresso with some foamed half and half. Tastes better than any Chai drink from Starbucks.
My only complaint is that it’s not organic.
I used to HATE tea but now I’m obsessed with this one.

Order some Travel Johns. You can slide forward on your seat and use it to go. It turns into a gel and you can put it in a bag until you stop. When I’ve used it I’ve gotten a good seal so there hasn’t been any leakage or anything. Just have some TP handy.

I went with this one! It's supposed to arrive today 🤞
They're a bit pricey since you have to take 3 a day, but I'm using these currently. They can be taken with or without food, and you can open the capsule and stir it into water or juice!

Hey! I HIGHLY recommend getting the kindred bravely sleep nursing bras. They’re so soft and comfy like a bra Leyte an can accommodate size shifts. They’re also great if you plan on nursing, obv!
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01NCJ9A7Q/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_ySUgFb8VEEW6K
I take: - Thorne Prenatal (it has folate and not folic acid bc I have MTFHR) - Nordic Naturals DHA Pro 1000 - Vit D 3 5000 IU - Calcium 1000mg - Choline 500mg or 2-3 eggs daily - Vit E 400IU - NAC 600 mg (bc of previous MC) - baby aspirin (bc of previous MC) - Vitamin C
I tried multiple prenatals and Thorne works best for me. We are all different so it’s important to find the best prenatal for you. Some made me sick. But those brands are great for others.
Vitamins really depend on your diet. If you aren’t eating a lot of veggies and fruits or you are vegan and need calcium, then that’s where vitamins and supplements come into play. I don’t eat any fruit except low glycemic berries occasionally. So I need extra Vit C. I also only drink plant based milk so I need extra calcium.
If you want to get into the science behind it - there are 2 books you can read:
Vitamins & Pregnancy: The Real Story: Your Orthomolecular Guide for Healthy Babies & Happy Moms https://www.amazon.com/dp/1591203139/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_JtDfFbXE2BNJ8
And Brain Health from Birth: Nurturing Brain Development During Pregnancy and the First Year https://www.amazon.com/dp/099967613X/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_6tDfFbA6FY1XD
Someone recommended these Caramel Cantina 4 Pack Nursing Maternity Sleep Bra https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07MPT781F/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_TbXeFbB2E4RS2 Last week and I bought them. They are amazingly comfortable. They don’t have a ton of support though.
I just ordered a pregnancy pillow and I’m so. freaking. excited. It feels kind of premature since I’m only 5 weeks, but my insomnia says it’s necessary.
I went with this one at the recommendation of a blogger I love (Extra Petite!):
Boppy Pregnancy Support Pillow, Petite Trellis Gray and White, Body Pillow with removable jersey cover https://smile.amazon.com/dp/B01N8TOPG2/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_hAEeFbRMQENNV
PharMeDoc Pregnancy Pillow with Jersey Cover, C Shaped Full Body Pillow Grey https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01KIQH2VU/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_fHDeFb507DC18
I saw people talking about this one! Also if you can stand to do some brief yoga for hips (yoga with Adrienne on YouTube has one I love!) that may really help too!
I feel the same. I’ve had mine since 18.
I may get a retainer or pregnancy-specific belly button ring. Something like:
MODRSA Pregnancy Belly Button Rings Long Bar Navel Rings for Maternity Sport Pregnant Women Flexible Bioplast Clear Belly Piercing Retainer 16mm 18mm 25mm 32mm 38mm https://www.amazon.com/dp/B086C3C1WD/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_zMAeFbSZ1AX9X
I need to look into it a bit more and decide when to put that one in, though!
My husband is reading From Dude to Dad by Chris Pegula and really likes it!
https://www.amazon.com/Dude-Dad-Diaper-Guide-Pregnancy/dp/0399166262
Ok I read about it in this book and it works for me.

I bought these nursing sleep bras last pregnancy and have worn them ever since because they’re so comfortable.
I’m normally a B cup and got size M. They’re not super supportive like a sports bra but they’re so much better than regular bras right now, and I wear them all day. You can also wear them at night.
They’re really stretchy and will expand as we grow AND they’re also nursing bras so they’re good for the future!
$30 for a 4 pack, well worth it to me.
I bought these from Costco (and then later from Amazon). Not the most stylish but super comfortable and works for a larger bust.
I got this pregnancy journal from Amazon and so far I like it. It’s more mature, offers a couple small prompts each week and some larger general pregnancy prompts. It’s also a nice quality.
I use this combination one since Inositol as been shown in small studies to alleviate symptoms of anxiety & depression, which I have both of. However there are plenty of brands on Amazon that are only Choline too

This is so great! I wanted to add I found some tea on amazon that’s been AMAZING. Hot tea sounds blah to me so I brew it hot then put it in mason jars and drink it iced in the afternoons. It’s light and refreshing and it’s really helped me (along with the preggie pops and the smarty pants!).
