Hitting your macros accurately is the most important thing you can do to gain quality weight without packing on too much fat. Dirty bulking sucks. You want quality foods and really focus on your protein intake. Beans, meat, eggs, cottage cheese etc. Carbs are easy to hit, and fat is fairly easy to hit as well, but it's hard to get enough protein.
To hit your macros accurately I would recommend a kitchen scale if you plan on meal prepping. You can check labels and get a close estimate but measuring out grams helped me out a lot. You can find a cheap food scale on Amazon for like $15. I like to cook a week's worth of protein packed meals at a time. (2 meals per day)

Fitbit is not an accurate tracker. It tells me I'm burning 4500+ a day, and that's not even close!
The best thing to do is use an online TDEE calculator to get a ROUGH estimate of your daily calories (choose the option that's you doing nothing all day). Subtract about 15-20% of those calories. Get a food scale (this one is great!) and WEIGH ALL YOUR FOOD. Also, read every nutrition label and make sure it's accurate (fat is 9 calories per gram, carbs and protein 4 calories, minus calories from fiber because body cannot digest that) for proper counting. Once this is all done, weigh yourself weekly to see the numbers going down. Make sure it's the same time every day and that your diet is consistent so it's not taking water fluctuation into account. Also measure your body in areas and take progress pics so you can see your body vs just scale numbers.
It's really not that hard, and after a while you start to get a better idea without needing the scale as much.
I use beer mugs for coffee, it is the superior way to drink anything.

You might wanna try some sort of Chanca Piedra supplement. If they're uric acid stones, they can be dissolved by the supplement. If they're calcium stones, it helps reduce the size when passing them through.
For the calcium stones, idk how your body processes calcium, but it may be best to cut off all milk based proteins (casein and whey), maybe go for a plant based protein supplement. You'd also have to cut off milk, cheese, ice cream, yogurt and butter from your diet, see if that resolves anything.

You could get one of those Iron Gym pull up bar things that go over the door frame and a home gym pulley system like this:
(You could probably even make that for less by buying the individual parts from like home Depot)
Hang the pulley from the pull up bar so it's secure, and buy some weight plates
It would mainly be used for pulling down movements so it might not be worth it to you but it's an idea

Hey man, fwiw I'm an endurance athlete whose familiar with heart rate and have been training with heart rate metrics for many years. 170-180BPM is simply a measuring inaccuracy.... walking around at that heart rate would leave you in a massive puddle of sweat.
Before you see a doctor, try to establish your actual resting heart rate. To mitigate inaccuracies you'll need a chest strap HR monitor as wrist based monitors are prone to inaccuracy. Upon waking up, throw on the chest strap and note the variance of your HR for approximately a minute to get your actual resting HR.
Heart rates are individual and yours will be different from your peers, but 170-180 almost seems like your recording device picked up your step cadence or is simply incorrect.
My max HR is 174, recorded from a bike race, and at rest my HR can be between 30bpm, up to 55bpm depending on training load, fitness, and freshness.
