I've came across a solution which I just tested and went on a 1 hour and 30 minute ride and it works perfectly, no problems so far.

Basically planned a route with Komoot and sent it to my phone, selected navigation and off I went, just looked at my phone for directions just like a GPS. I also selected that I was going to be using a road bike...

However, the app is mainly designed for people using Bicycles and is not for motorbikes or cars, however from using this app while riding a motorcycle everything worked just as expected and as if I was using a normal GPS.
