I will throw this recommendation out there, https://privacy.com/ , allows you to make burner cards for 'free' trials that require a credit card, or if you want to limit any potential fraud from using online payments on less mainstream website.
Personally I mostly use it for gift carding people money for WoW subs and cheap games / cosmetics.
Not saying that I expect a service like MPC to steal credit card numbers but if you want the extra protection it exists.
These look like BCW 400 count card boxes, or at least something very similar. Not sure what you bought on Amazon, but I've never had a bad experience with BCW boxes.
If anyone wants to do this for themselves this is the poster frame that I used and it fits almost perfectly (as you can see in the pic there is some white border showing but you could mask that off with black masking tape if you wanted to: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01FJIS5A4/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1
I actually printed two sheets, the other is beta rares but I haven't taken the time to frame it yet. Each sheet was like $25.
I'm using a Fiskars brand guillotine cutter, which I have no complaints about. I went cheap on the cutter though, because I picked up a printer, cutter, corner puncher, and paper all at the same time. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B003SLAAOO/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o09_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
I thought I could get away without it at first, but a 3mm corner puncher is really indispensable for making the cards look good. I went with this, which I've been happy with. Just make sure to tape over the M and L openings, so you don't accidently punch the wrong size! https://www.amazon.com/Sunstar-Kadomaru-Corner-Cutter-S4765036/dp/B0076FJ7SS/ref=sr_1_2?crid=26VKAS5S4KZVN&keywords=kadomaru+pro+corner+rounder&qid=1643931070&sprefix=kadomaru%2Caps%2C154&sr=8-2
Currently been using a home inkjet printer, printing on an A4 holographic vinyl sticker sheet (the ones I use are from Amazon) - creating the page to print with the printing tool on CardConjurer. After letting it dry for a bit, it's just a case of cutting it out and sticking it to a junk card. This does make it a bit thicker compared to a normal card, but it's a simple solution.
It may be possible to try and use a thinner bit of card stock (I've seen 216gsm as a weight fly about as a reasonable weight), then stick the printed front on it alongside a back printed on a regular sticker sheet. I think this is the method that Sheepywave uses to make her proxies.
I was thinking something like https://fonts.google.com/specimen/Quicksand?preview.text_type=custom or maybe https://fonts.google.com/specimen/Quicksand?preview.text_type=custom
I can definitely see how a different font would make them look fake. I think the font for the rules text has pretty much gone unchanged since Alpha.
I've never used Photoshop in my life. Usually I've used MTG.Design or some other card creation website.
I used this file I found on google drive:
https://drive.google.com/file/d/11tSTdS1mD9RzLegBkzazo4eQoFvIMF_W/view
And this website which is sort of like Photoshop in a web browser:
That might be your problem then.
Check out homebrew here, it's easy to install and actually very useful
then you can just run
brew cask install chromedriver
to install ChromeDriver. Once that's done you should be set.
If resolution is an issue you can use this site https://letsenhance.io/ to up the resolution then use an image resizer to make it the proper resolution to paste into the formatted proxy (750x1050). A convoluted process to be sure and honestly if you're formatting more than a couple images it's worth it to get GIMP (free) or Photoshop.
My dude that GameGenic Cube is soooooo good. I've got my cube in it and it's the best.
Game Genic 1100+ Incase anyone is interested.
I've personally been using this backpack for about half a year now and it's the best purchase I ever made. I had actually bought 3 different backpacks at the same time from Amazon and tried them all out. This one was my favorite by far and depending on the size deckbox you use you can easily fit 12-15 in there at once, with the front compartments perfect for dice and such and the side straps being able to hold playmats.
You're gonna love it! Its WAAAAY easier than a Cricut! I have a pretty sizable electronic music studio at home and without that thing I would have spent a lifetime in trying to track down wires/inputs/etc. Also just a heads up that there are a bunch of different types of tape (colors/sizes/etc.). For reference I used the 6mm Black tape with white text (seems to work well for most situations

It’s a Brother P-Touch label maker. Easily one of the best purchases I’ve ever made. I use that thing for literally everything
Brother P-Touch, PTD210, Easy-to-Use Label Maker, One-Touch Keys, Multiple Font Styles, 27 User-Friendly Templates, White https://www.amazon.com/dp/B013DG2FNW/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_WNBXED0V7KYQK1EV65SQ
OP has highlighted K an O because K is normal Magic (+ pokemon and other tcg) size and O is the size for the oversized cards (commander face cards)
Size A will be close to the Worlds smallest duel decks. And there are also sleeves that can fit cards that size; called "stamp sleeves".
You know what though, I realized after I posted that you were talking about NWO, not the original board (card) game. Have you tried it? It's $28 on Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07CZT4TF4/ Having played both extensively, I can say I greatly prefer this version. NWO has more rng and just generally a less smooth and strategic feel to it, imho.
You want something like this, only $180: Canon-PIXMA-Wireless-G3200
You can also look for other Pixma GXXX models, there are a lot of them, as long as they have ink tanks instead of cartridges you should be good. The inks last a very long time and are very cheap to refill. You can print like 5000 pages without refilling.
Find some good quality, thin, coated paper, the surface and coating of the paper make a huge difference in print quality. I don't think it's worth printing on 300gsm paper, but you can experiment with thicker stock if you want.
On most kinds of paper, you won't see a difference between 600dpi, 300dpi, or even less than 300dpi. The quickest way to print a deck is mtgpress.net, and the site doesn't give you 300dpi PDFs. You will have to find a way to put Scryfall (or whatever other source you want to use) images in a PDF, laying them out 9 per page, making them a bit smaller so they fit over real cards, etc.
Cutting a lot of cards can be a chore. I got the cheapest guillotine paper cutter I found at the store, but I can't really manage to cut straight squared lines with it, so I went back to scissors. If you want a paper cutter, make sure to try before you buy.
