I think this face says everything, she´s clearly into senpai, I would even say that she likes senpai way more than he likes her back.

Or maybe that's just my interpretation of her character, I personally think Nagatoro took an interest on senpai because of his "bullyable" personality, and started to like him as she started to know more about him, that's why she progressed from being plain mean to gently teasing him.

Meanwhile in senpai's case, I think he isn't fully aware of his feelings and on top of that, he's pretty dense, which is understandable considering he was bullied and Nagatoro is probably the first girl to pay attention to him. He probably can't see past the "tsun", or he can but don't want to get his hopes up.

Is probably worth mentioning that while I think she took interest on him because of his reactions, that's not why she started to like him, but for his other good qualities, like his drawing skills for example, that's another reason why I consider that specific page so important.

There's no new chapters being uploaded yet, but you can read the chapters uploaded before the shutdown through Tachiyomi with MangaDex's extension (and maybe Paperback if you're on iOS? but I'm not sure about it).

As for new Chapters, you can easily find the new chapters scanlations in Discussion threads here on Reddit, just search for them like this "[DISC] MangaNameHere Chapter ##". Another option is to join the Scanlation group Discord's server of your favourite mangas, Or... You can use Tachiyomi again, but with another extension instead of MangaDex.
