This song comes from the album, Kirby Café, an official soundtrack played in an actual Nintendo restaurant that was opened for a limited time in Japan.

Thank you for introducing me to this soundtrack and game, Its actually available on Google Play (and probably iOS but I didn't look) its pricy but Square puts their stuff on sale pretty regularly soooo... wishlist!
