Okay. That makes sense. Thank you for the additional info. :)
I am really leaning towards the NumWorks calculator as of this writing.
We tried the following problems on TI-NSpire, TI-84, and NumWorks emulators today to test the ease of use:
We were able to figure them out on all of them, but the NumWorks seems much easier to zoom in and out and find the minimum and maximum values once we figured out its menus and what to choose to get the correct answers.
After we worked through the problems my son asked "Why haven't you bought the NumWorks calculator yet?" :D hehe...
Can you think of any type math problems that stumped you on the NumWorks or took longer than expected to figure out compare to TI-Nspire or TI-84 that we should look into?
I totally agree on the Unix shell vs iPad analogy. I was discussing the TI-84 with my wife today and I told her that using it in the emulator I downloaded reminds me of the vi editor in Unix. I have used vi in the past and still use it from time to time, but I would much rather code in a rich text editor like Atom.
You can write your own games in MicroPython 1.12. Watch my video demo of what you can make with little bit of python.: https://youtu.be/zk1TObQbUIc

Je ne sais pas si cela marche mais si tu installe anaconda qui installe par défaut spyder qui est python avec plein de librairies, peut etre que les scripts Kandinsky marchera. voici le lien pour télécharger anaconda : https://www.anaconda.com/distribution/

Hi, thanks for the info! Regarding the feature: to make something similar to Texas Instruments TI-Innovator Hub (https://www.amazon.com/Texas-Instruments-STEM-PWB-2L1/dp/B01KI21DIC/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1508935053&sr=8-1&keywords=TI-Innovator)
DIY, of course.
