Probably epicondylitis. Try some physiotherapy sessions and start wearing a arm band when playing. The pain eventually goes away.
Hey, I have had the same problem. My hands sweat a lot.
I of course use sweatbands on for arm, but it is not enough. I have tries multiple over grips now and have cone to the conclusion that i need to play with grips that have a “dry feel”
It is amazing and no matter how much i sweat, the grip feels dry.
And what grip do i use? Tourna Grip original. VERY IMPORTANT: it has to be the one that says Dry feel on the package Link to Amazon
It feels try and it stays that way.
Grips that are “tacky” do not work i my opinion. They might feel sticky, but when tour hands sweat a lot, they get slippery
Yup, I do this too. This is a very good option since the free version of ProtonVPN has unlimited use, which most VPN's do not. I usually use the Japan connection since that always seems to work. I take it from your post that the USA connection also works.
yesterday after i finished posting, i went to Amazon and saw these shoes, will give them a try i know they're not for padel / tennis, its just am kind of desperate and wana keep looking for the best fit for my toes.
I have the Munich Oxygen 19 and the Nox AT.10. Both of them are really good, the Munich ones are more ligh and more breathable than the Nox ones.
There are lots of shitty free VPNs as browser extensions, they will be fine if you use VPN from time to time.
If you use VPN on a regular basis I would strongly recommend using a paid one , I like ProtonVPN personally
Yes, you can use those shoes, however they're not going to be as good an efficient as proper padel shoes.
Clay tennis shoes are also a good option. You have to look for the "W" or "fishtail" pattern in the grip to actually realize they're going to be good.
For example, I have these asics, they're padel shoes. but I also have this, that are tennis shoes and they were excellent for padel until I bought the asics. check that both have the same pattern.
And yes, you can play barefoot even if that's what you like, but for optimal conditions a good padel/tenis shoe will improve your game.
