The stickers are from nemuinu on Etsy but it seems their account has vanished for some strange reason.

First of all, you have to install PCSX2 and you can get the game from here: https://cdromance.com/ps2-iso/shin-megami-tensei-persona-3-fes-usa/. Unzip the file with 7zip and you should get an ISO. Open the ISO with PCSX2 and you should be done. You have to configure your own keybinds though.
