Just don’t be stupid. You can chat about things just don’t share things that are way too specific about you. Remain anonymous by not bringing specifics about yourself. Think of yourselves as whistleblowers who need to remain anonymous. Share as much and as detailed as you can but do so in a way in which the specific details go back to you in some specific way. It’s not hard. And by all means do not use their company Wifi to access Reddit. Use your cell data and a good vpn like Mullvad. Personally I use Mullvad, with Tor and when I’m local I use Mullvad, Tor on Whonix VM. For most people though a good non log sharing vpn like Mullvad and Tor is all you need on all devices and use the Tor browser.
