Overkill, but ok. You don't need both Flitz and Mother's, either/or. No NEED for a lot of that stuff. The included drill bits or bits you might already own really are good enough, coated or brad point bits not needed. Dremel workstation not needed if you have a hand drill. If you're really concerned about straight holes, a drill guide is more than sufficient. I use end nippers instead of fret cutters and clean up the rest, which would probably be done anyway. In other words, don't buy anything just for these projects. Use things you already have and buy stuff that you will use outside of these builds. Example, I'd buy a drill press before I bought a dremel workstation. Way more useful. A rotary tool is very useful for other things and get a flex shaft for it.
i got this one but they only have black. i have the FDE slide with black frame and black barrel so it doesnt look bad with the black plate. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B082YH2HCM/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_glt_fabc_KNSHQ2SEBPW069AC4JH8?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
Looks good, but you can check by sliding the RSA down the channel and see. The squeak you hear might be the RSA itself when it's compressing. You can oil it then dry it off really good. Use dry lube spray if you have that, it works well.
You need a new extractor plunger and a new backplate. Never ever use sharp instruments as punches on gun parts(or other stuff for that matter, lol)

Just get it.
With all due respect-no,jig has no drill guide.Thats how drill guide looks like:
Then some people drill ugly slanted oval-shaped holes and wonder why oh why nothing works 😁
If you're overly concerned, you could use a drill guide, but it can be done just fine without using a hand drill as long as you are attentive and careful.
It uses the Noblex/Docter footprint standard. It's not a common slide cut, but there is an adapter for it here so that you can use it on an RMR cut slide.
Btw, "RMR" is not red dot, it's a model of Trijicon red dot. The most popular slide cut is called "RMR" because it fits the Trijicon RMR sight, which a lot of other manufacturers have utilized. RDS is the proper term for a red dot sight.
I have a blackhawk omnivore. It will fit most any pistol with a tlr series light. It actually grabs on to the light itself and has a push button thumb release. I wear it when I go to the range. Its an owb only obviously based on size.

Get this, Yost brand lasts forever $65, or a Bessey as well. Just keep it greased up (red heavy duty or blue marine grease)
I built their Agent 2.0 19. 80pbuilder is generally regarded as good to go for a good price. The only issue I had was not opening up the guide rod channel enough.
I used endsnips to take off the bulk of the rail tabs, then I used these bits to grind them flush and clear the guide rod channel. Other than that, I already had a drill and the bits come with the frame.
One thing I'll point out is that you should make sure to drill your holes before you grind down your rail tabs. The rail tabs help keep the frame stable in the jig.
You can get an off brand one like this or go with Dremel brand. Either one will get the job done. Choose your own adventure.
This is my favorite type of range case:
Adequate protection for taking it from home to a range, easy to use, has a net to hold small tools and spare mags.

I have 2 brownells slides, both with holosun 507c. I used Amerigo suppressor high sights on both and they lower 1/3 perfectly. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B004SY5AHC/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_glt_fabc_CC28F3X2ABQPKZYWEHR4?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
I am not missing your point, I understand you completely. Believe whatever you want, but the sights line up relative to where the slide and barrel are pointing, not the angle of the grip. If you bring the weapon up to your eyes and line up the sights correctly, it will hit where it is supposed to as long as you don't pull the shot.
Regardless of who's right, yes adjustable rear sights will probably fix your issue because it doesn't sound like you are off by that much with the p80 vs the OEM glock. Here is a set of adjustable glock sights if you dont want to go with a red dot: https://www.amazon.com/Meprolight-Glock-Tru-Dot-Night-Adjustable/dp/B000VYW1XY
Again I am not trying to be rude or disparage your shooting abilities, I just truly believe it is not a sight issue because neither myself nor any of my friends with P80s have this issue.
Marine Gun Builders website recommends these.

This is a great multi-purpose tool. It's gotten more expensive but I definitely advocate having the right tool for the job, especially in this case where it's so easy to scratch your slide or crack your $100+ sights.

Honestly, a good flat file for the tabs is the best and cheapest, and WAY faster than people realize. Once you get really close, wrap the file in 320 sandpaper and finish.
For the round channel, I use the bit below to carefully take most of the meat out, and then finish it with a round file and/or sandpaper on a dowel, although the dremel really isnt needed.

Then use one of these to clean it up. You can use the cutting bits on all of it, but take your time.
If you're looking to practice, get a price of scrap 2x4 and take the cutting bit to it.
Take your time! You can't put the plastic back on once you've removed it (not easily at least).

Exact set I bought. They are made for guitar work, but are excellent for clipping those tabs off flush. Give me a sec and I’ll upload a pic of my last frame I clipped with them. MarineGunBuilder uses something similar.
Thanks! These sights. Talked to this guy that had problems with the Trijicons. Bummer
a smaller clamp on vise will work too: https://www.amazon.com/Yost-COV-3-Clamp-On-Vise-3/dp/B00XWCEI8S/
the slide might slide around a bit but just readjust it
and obviously use pieces of wood, leather, or something between the vise and the slide
also you can use a digital caliper to help make sure the rear sight is centered by measuring the differences on either side and adjusting until they are equal
I just found out recently that a few companies make range bags that are nylon or cordura, specifically for this situation of holding loose rounds for range trips. Typically hold 150-200rds, with a zipper and patch spot to label them.

Rock slide usa has themselves stretched so thin with such slim inventory. They sell on their site, on gunbroker, on ebay and now their slides have popped up on Amazon.
I use some like this one. Got it as close to flush as possible, and then fine tune with a utility knife.
As others chamfer the hole, also called bevel. If you look a Glock especially the more recent ones you’ll see that they come with chamfered pin holes. I use a Dremel #952 stone twisted between my fingers. It comes out pretty good and close to Glock’s holes.

You want en electric Die Grinder (A Dremel on steroids) And the kind of cartridge rolls used by machinists to port and polish cylinder heads. Here is a link to the abrasive rolls. Go to Harbor Freight for a cheap electric die grinder like this one. You'll use it for more than just P80s, so you can afford it.
Dremel sells collet sets so different sized bits will work. I know how was able to use a Dremel for both bits on my 19 build.
I used a Dremel brad point set off of Amazon. The set worked great for me. At the time I bought it; the price was a little cheaper. https://www.amazon.com/plate-Fahndungspalkat-Baader-Meinhof-advertising/dp/B0014GTIOS/ref=mp_s_a_1_8?crid=1K136GXHHWQV&keywords=dremel+brad+point+3mm&qid=1659381106&sprefix=Dremel+bra%2Caps%2C279&sr=8-8.

In my first pair of side nips the blades were ground on both sides leaving a “^” shaped ridge when nipping off the tabs. I then bought some fret nips that are only ground on the inside edge leaving an almost perfectly flat surface that requires almost no finishing. It’s a great upgrade over side cutters if anyone is putting together a tool kit for building.

The bracelet is quite nice as it is never given a second glance and you can dress up or down with it. It has hex head bits as well adding an entire level of versatility that I can carry on obtrusively and conveniently. It also goes places where knives aren't allowed like planes and government buildings.
A little oil won't hurt there, but the oil may attract carbon and other crap. And too much oil or crap in there could cause the striker to slow down a bit and give you light strikes, but you'd need a LOT of resistance to make that happen. Also, if your trigger starts to feel gritty, it's probably a bit of crap in there. Just pull the back plate, pull the striker assembly, blow it out with a little canned air and swipe it clean with a qtip or hit it with a dry cleaning brush (toothbrush works well). Also blow out the striker assembly as well as a little blast of air in the striker hole in the breach. Hell, you'd be surprised how much you can clean on a gun with just canned air.
I'm the guy that only cleans my handguns every 500 rounds or so, but when I do I do a full disassembly and clean the fuck out of 'em with brake cleaner, mineral spirits and scrub brushes. Reassembly with high temp grease and Mobil 1 high mileage synthetic 10W40 in a precision applicator (sparingly) - a little dab of grease on the front of the rails in front, a little dab of grease on the trigger safety plunger head, a drop of oil back in the striker/disconnector/cruciform, a drop of oil on the barrel (wiped all over to coat evenly, a drop of oil on the recoil spring assembly, a drop of oil where the extractor and extractor plunger (on the outside of the slide)and a drop of oil in inside of the top of the slide, wiped all around. Reassemble and rack the slide a good 10-20 times, pop the slide and wipe down the excess off surfaces, back together and back in the holster.
If I don't get buried at work tomorrow, I'll see if I can find the "glock reccommended oiling points" diagram and add my little tweaks to it.

Then I would say start with a PSA Freedom rifle kit. Great entry price, and provides all you need for a good rifle to practice on.
If you are going the 80% lower route, go with an aluminum lower. More forgiving and more durable, hands down. Anderson, Durkin Tactical and Daytona Tactical all make good affordable AR 80% lowers. I would avoid RightToBear 80% lowers like the plague; only out of spec lowers I've ever had, and it occurred twice, and months apart in purchase dates.
I would also go the router jig route for milling the lower. 5D is what I have, but any of the router jigs will work, plus if you decide the hobby is not for you you can easily sell the jig to recoup your investment.

Your rails are barely trimmed so the slide bounced off the part you didn't trim off and hit the front block, knocked a chunk out of it.
The recoil spring channel is only partially cleaned out, it should be smooth with the front block if not slightly recessed off it.
Disassemble the lower, get the rails down smooth, buy a new front block and install it, clean out the recoil spring channel.
These are the only tools you will need to fix this.
