Ok Imma hijack the top comment to explain that I’m the guy who gave these to her and found her tweet after the date. Pls stop saying keeper and Marry him I’m so embarrassed lol.
She seemed like she could take a good dirty-ish joke so I thought I’d give her the Dickosaur as an intro to one of my hobbies, 3D printing. And she absolutely loved it.
The flower was a result of me getting my mother a flower arrangement for her birthday the next day and just asked if she wanted one while I was in the store and got her one as well.
And no I did not model this after my peener and it can’t be used as a sex toy cause it’s like 4 cm tall.

I’m glad you guys enjoyed my weird silly gifts.
Aw, shucks. That's my design. I'm pleased you like it. It's turned out well too.
I've also released a larger version for pint glasses, if anyone's interested.

Nope, but you can find the 3D model here. Then, many 3D printing services will print this one for you (Materialise, 3D Hubs, Sculpteo, Shapeways...).
Print details:
Flashforge Creator Pro with Microswiss all-metal hotend, 0.4mm nozzle and a custom fan duct.
IceFilaments "Sparkling Silver" PLA @ 190c
14 hour print with 0.2mm layer height, 50mm/s, 15% infill
This model continues the moon theme I visited once before with my Moon City, and has bit of everything I've learned about modeling art for FDM printers. Everything was modeled with combination of Blender and 3D-Coat.
Now as bit of a disclaimer, I'm very much uncomfortable promoting my stuff and usually like to share models for free, yet for various reasons this one won't be free. As far as I understood the rules here do allow self promoting if it's not spammy, so I hope this doesn't upset anyone if I link where the model is sold. I'm not affiliated with these sites in any manner otherwise.

Over the past few months, I have been designing and printed this axe that holds dice and miniatures. Throughout all of that time, this community has inspired me to keep creating this. I don’t want to be that guy who self promotes, but if you are interested, here is the link.-

"Oh shit. Oh God. Oh fuck. Fuck this, just call in the Mantas, we're leaving."
*edit "So if the Earth Caste would just get their asses in gear and stopped fuckn around, we could have REALLY BIG GUNS that would make any Imperial Titan turn tail and run" - whatever absolute madlad thought it would be a good idea to make this unit.
I don't get the impression that most on this sub frequents r/vitahacks so I thought I post this here as well. The files are available for sale on Cults3D: https://cults3d.com/en/game/ergonomic-grip-for-ps-vita-v2-pch-1000. The old version is still avavible for free on Thingiverse: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2120609.
I plugged my earlier version on this sub a few months ago and I thought I'd hazard doing it again. It's not free anymore which might not sit well with some, but considering the time and energy that has gone into redesigning it; I don't feel bad charging for it https://cults3d.com/en/game/ergonomic-grip-for-ps-vita-v2-pch-1000. The old one is still available on Thingiverse and it will remain free https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2120609.
Designed (Fusion 360) and printed (Silver Monoprice PLA on Monoprice Maker Select v2) these grips for my Nintendo New 3DS.
Prints in 3 parts (top and 2 grips), easily glued together. The 3DS is held in with friction for easy removal, but does not drop out even when held upside down. Pictured parts lightly sanded to make it completely smooth to the touch.

STL can be found here - Not my design, I found it while browsing online and thought it would be a great weekend build. Printed in PLA at 1.5x scale of the STL, sits about 160mm tall and is roughly 300mm end to tip of knife. Primed, sanded, weathered, and highlighted with rub'n'buff silver.
In the future I'd like to print a life sized version and include a motion activated spinning knife, maybe more.
Edit: This creature is from the series Black Mirror, Season 4 Episode 5.
I know people always ask for stl's. This is the first set of stl's I'm going to try to sell (only because i spent hundreds of hours trying to get this to work correctly and reliably). No pressure. Just hope you guys enjoy looking at the weird trigger mechanism in this thing. This project is tough to get working properly so i really don't recommend this project for beginners. Hopefully I'll have an assembly video coming out soon.

So I've had these in the completed section of my hard drive since November, but just couldn't bring myself to post them! Well, it's 2021, and I'm catching up on my backlog!
These are a kitbash (with some booling of my own) to make a decent approximation of a heavy intercessor! The arms can be a little wonky to attach, but of the four or five I've printed, I've had no problem that couldn't be fixed with more glue, and they look pretty decent! :)
All you need is a $2 adapter. I had a friend with a 3d printer make me one for free. Here's the link to the print file:
https://cults3d.com/en/3d-model/gadget/tesla-model-3-j1772-lock-charger-adapter
Yes it's a normal cable, nothing fancy. The keycaps mount on the standard cross thing. If you meat the switches: cherry mx / gateron have some clips but I also added some bigger blocker so I wont pull out the wires when I'll remove the keycaps. It's basically a triangle that allows the switch to slide in but not to go out. Check the 7th image at this link: https://cults3d.com/en/3d-model/gadget/bloko-9-pico
I found this: https://cults3d.com/en/3d-model/gadget/secret-lock-tablet-book?hcb=1
It looks like a 3D “tablet book” that someone designed for their significant other, and that link includes instructions for 3D printing. The meta tags list “DD” (D&D I’m assuming for Dungeons and Dragons). Perhaps the “NW” are the person’s initials?
I've posted the model files to the Cults3D website (link below). As for the metal rod, I cut and ground a finishing nail to the size listed in the assembly drawing attached to the model files.
Meet Reverend Rick. He is just a wee lad but likes to dress up in the largest, toughest looking armor that he can find and run around, waving his stick and shouting at his brothers.
Even though he is smaller than a lot of his brothers, he is still a tough guy and none of them push him around.

This sounds awesome! I would have absolutely loved this when I was a kid. I'd suggest getting in touch with this creator
https://cults3d.com/en/users/Megawillbot
He made a really cool spider pumpkin that is easily printed out in one piece, he may be able to help you out.
Yea man.... so it's a bit of a tricky print but what you're gonna want to do is try and print this.
Now the important part is making sure you have some bad initial adhesion. With any luck it'll get knocked off after 5hrs and you should have this after 10hrs. Good luck!
Hi, I printed this but I did not create the model. I originally found the model on Thingiverse, but it looks like it has been taken down and moved over to Cults3D and can be purchased for $28.20 https://cults3d.com/en/3d-model/game/hyrule-castle-grounds-3d-printed-the-legend-of-zelda-breath-of-the-wild-game-model-nintendo-switch The painting turned out so good, btw!
Be sure to try the "Joint tolerance test" on your printer first to make sure the tolerances work: https://cults3d.com/en/3d-model/game/joint-tolerance-test
If they don't, please message me here or on Thingiverse or Cults3d.

I'm happy to take requests for any additional variant parts, such as if you want an second version of one of the weapons so you can put two on the one model without it being obviously just mirrored, or if you want something different for the central body. I can't make any promises, but I'll see how I go :) These would just be added to the existing Cults download.
I've got it up on Cults3d and I'm selling pre-printed physical versions as well. Just getting started in Nerf mods but it's a blast so far.

Edit: Just saw this link is a paid STL. Not very Christmas spirit tbh. Imma keep looking

I've incorporated some changes from my previous versions to increase rigidity, make the grip stub easier to snap on, incorporated the space for the sling loop, etc.
Use a 3/16" dia. 1/2" length quick disconnect pin to hold the pistol on the stub, and an M4x30 screw / M4 hex nut to hold the stub on. So far it's been designed in PLA so when using better materials, adjust shrink rate accordingly.
I'm going to attempt to print it in NylonX and see how rigid it is, i'm pretty happy with that material. Print it in the orientation I placed it in, and you won't need support material. (I rotated it in the picture for aesthetic purposes)
BE SURE to print in .2mm layers or less so that the receiver extension threads are properly formed. Other than that... enjoy!

After making custom 25mm bases for all my Daemonettes, I figured I needed some large bases for my Daemon Princes and Keepers of Secrets. So I went about that task and came up with these three designs. Two are designed specifically for 50-60mm bases, while the third design with the hands lifting the rocks out of the ground was designed especially for my Keepers.
My smaller bases were fairly well received, so I thought I'd share these ones with you all as well. And I have also made them available for purchase for anyone else who wants to add some extra tastiness to their Slaanesh forces.
You can buy them here: https://cults3d.com/en/3d-model/game/realm-of-pleasure-50-100mm-bases

45hr total print time. Printed in PLA, pieces glued together via CA glue, seams filled with Bondo spot glazing putty. Applied 7 coats of gray PlastiDip coating and a black paint wash. Measures roughly 45cm x 34cm. STL can be found here on Cults3D
The laptop I own tends to get very hot while designing models or slicing prints. That's why I designed this cooling pad which can hold two 120mm fans. All parts can be printed with minimal support and the notches should make the assembly quite easy.
The model is available for free here:

This prints in 3 parts all at once, you have the fore end, the main body, and the buffer mount. The buffer mount is keyed and held in place with an AR grip bolt and can then be fused with weldon #3. Additionally, I modeled in an opening for a 5" long 3/8" bolt that will stiffen up the fore end considerably. If you have any problems with the files, or have any questions, let me know ASAP and I'll resolve it.

It is a four part 3d printed mould. I had a few problems with silicone before (bubbles and ripped off heads). Demoulding is no problem but you see the lines more than with a silicone mould.
Here it is on Cults3D: Download STL file Austin the "Space Vampire Executioner" • Model to 3D print ・ Cults (cults3d.com)
I purchased it last night but won't have a chance to print it until this weekend. Will be a test of my abilities to create proper supports. (though it does have a pre-supported zip file of all the STLs for him)
thingiverse.com is a great place to look for stuff. Big repository of free files. But the site is a bit frustrating at times.
myminifactory.com is also good. I've started browsing there more frequently. It's a mix of paid and free files, but from my experience, there's a lot more free than paid.
cults3d.com has a lot of neat looking stuff, but mostly paid files with some free. Most of the free stuff you'll find elsewhere, but you could find something unique.
Fusion 360 and STL files are here: https://cults3d.com/en/3d-model/game/gamesphere-for-nintendo-gamecube
Most of my STLs are free, but this one is $3. I spent more hours than I'd like to admit on this design. Actually, if you look at my Fusion 360 timeline you'll see the pain, haha.
This makes me curious as to if anyone has used the 10/22 printed receiver in the printed 10/22 vector stock here: https://cults3d.com/en/3d-model/tool/10-22-vector-stock

there is a plague marine builder on cults3d with most of the weapons as seperate files: https://cults3d.com/en/3d-model/tool/parts-of-a-disgusting-resilient-marine-builder
The same designer should have a similar builder for the Terminators as well.
I'm a bit scared still about posting links in here, every group has their own thoughts and considerations about it x) Take a look, I posted some WIP for free, maybe that works for you: https://cults3d.com/es/usuarios/BKGcode

Printed on the Phrozen Sonic Mini with its stock aqua green on lowest layer height. Files can be found here, although the heads are from another file on thingiverse. They're very easy to find if you look. Sorry I don't have a link handy for that.
Edit: Also if anyone could be kind enough to point me to some stuff that would compliment these guys, drop me a DM.
https://cults3d.com/en/3d-model/tool/skull-ar-grip
Currently have this STL free on cults. I suggest printing it with a resin printer with a blu and tenacious mix, but I'd love to see some makes of it. I also have a punisher skull shaped mag release on there for free currently, all you need to do is tap it with a 10/32 tap and it'll be good to go on your AR (once again, I suggest a resin printer)
I was able to get out today and test not only my PF940V2 frame, but the new brace adaptor also got to be tested, and it worked beautifully. I am going to address the grip stub one last time, namely raising the QD pin hole another millimeter so that it's easier to snap on.
Other than that, i'm pretty happy with it - I may re-hash the stub installation in the near future to provide even more strength to it by using the screw itself to add rigidity. It was printed using MatterHackers NylonX for the brace, and PETG PRO for the stub.
I want it where the brace can be used for all pistols and you can exchange the grip stubs respectively for G17/19 size, maybe even 26/27 size P80 guns.

I was trying to make a little jewellery box and found this model: https://cults3d.com/en/3d-model/home/square-textured-box
I printed it in white PLA and then thought I'd try really lightly spraypainting it (with black) to get a stone effect. It looked ok but I thought I'd add another coat so sanded it a bit and ended up accidentally getting this really nice effect where the black stayed in the recessed areas and the white showed up on the raised surfaces. It changed the look from the stone type effect to this which I really liked, so I printed another and this time used a black stain liberally applied and then again, lightly sanded the surface to restore the white.
A few layers of varnish on top and I really like the way it's turned out.
I'll definitely be using debossing + stain in the future on other models.
Link to the STL.

This is a snap-on magnetic mount for attaching polarizing film to Flashpoint RF-400/Godox AR400 for photogrammetry purposes. It uses 4 magnets 90 degrees apart so that you can easily alternate between polarized and nonpolarized in order to create your specular passes.
The model is designed for round magnets that are 5x1mm but I have included the Fusion 360 design file with user parameters so that you can use different sized magnets.
I would highly recommend printing this in black so that it doesn't show up in reflections on the object you are photographing.
This is based on a design by Erik Christensen and can be seen in this video. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Il6LVXqSlRg&feature=emb_title

Really nice ! And I see there are a lot of brio train fans out there - I don't feel alone anymore :) I spent quite a few hours designing few trains (HERE), so feel free to test them too!
FYI - I am working on a bullet train now (Shinkansen type) - will post here soon too! Let me know if anyone is interested to "beta" test it !
That person stole it from this guy, not even crediting the maker: https://cults3d.com/fr/mod%C3%A8le-3d/coquin/dino-dick
Oddly enough, his own license for distribution asks for others to credit him.
Printed. The second piece of the case will be printed seperately (just need to get my buddies printer set up and get some filament ready to go).

Here's the link to the original design. Also waiting for a full on powerbutton to arrive.
I probably will likely add in an rgb led strip as well.
MyMiniFactory is the best alternative.
If I'm searching for something specific, I'll go to Thingiverse. But if I just want to browse cool stuff, I'll always go to MyMiniFactory.
What I also love about it is that the models have to be actually printable. Tons of stuff on Thingiverse is just thrown there by people who have no idea what they're doing and haven't even bothered to print it out. If you want to publish something on MMF, it has to be printed first to ensure it's actually doable.
Also, it isn't littered with a million calibration models (there wasn't even a single temperature tower last time I checked). They have tons of cool cosplay stuff, action figures, gadgets etc. Things that make 3D printing exciting.
Another good alternative is Cults3D. You can find some amazing models there, but the site is geared more towards paying for them. There are plenty of great models that are free though, so it's definitely worth checking out.
Tbh man, OP wanted a devils advocate.
From what I've seen of Dave, he's pretty much on our side, but not prone to the hype.
While the OP wanted more, I think Dave does a good job of keeping people grounded, as I said.
I in no way said he wasn't trust worthy, please don't put words in my mouth.
Also, don't trust anyone (with your passwords) but not trusting anyone doesn't help apes be strong together.
Final "I ain't no shill" comment, I made this: https://cults3d.com/en/3d-model/art/apes-to-the-moon
Thank you! I can’t take credit for the design, just the printout, assembly, and paint job. The model was made by a designer on Cults3D and can be found here:
https://cults3d.com/en/3d-model/game/loki-crown-helmet
Overall it is a great model — the horns mate to the crown perfectly and it is designed with just enough clearance so that everything stays together with a small amount of super glue.
To add to the great response from kadske, you can use bearings to separate the vertical load from the stepper. First Google result I could find https://cults3d.com/en/3d-model/tool/ender-5-z-axis-axial-bearing
There are ones on Thingiverse too.
If you got access to a 3d printer, a guy on our airsoft forum designed a FAMAS Valorisé Upper (CG means it is designed for Cybergun, there’s a version for the TM as well)
Glad you like it! I've posted it on Cults3D, see link below. I spent quite a bit of time on it though so I didn't feel comfortable putting it on there for free.
If people are interested in downloading/printing this part; it can be found on my Cults3d page. I designed this for my friend u/lepric for his endeavors on r/sexybionicles
https://cults3d.com/en/3d-model/naughties/bionicle-wiener-mod
I've been using these, they're Epic so 6 mm so you just increase the model size by 135% and they're at scale.
Might seem like excessive for base scenery, but I'm not convinced they're not going to re-release Epic Armageddon but at 8 mm
