I haven't played it myself but I assume that is the mobile game "Freeblade".

https://cults3d.com/en/3d-model/art/knightly-armaments-armiger-parts That is the spear. I took that and modified it to make the one on my models.

would probably look for a gundam (gunpla) kit, if you get one in the 1/100 scale they come out about 5-7 inches tall which would be about right for an imperial knight. there are alot of chunky and whacky designs, you could probably find something along the same lines like this one although that is 1/144 so would be a bit smaller.
N52 Neodymium are the strongest type. Hence those are recommended.
Stacks like this are nice and cheap.
I used 8mm's for the arms, and carapace Gun/Rocketpod.
Then 6mm's for torso (pin replacement) with an 8mm inside.
2mm's for the carapace front gun.
2mm's for the faceplates.
Yes, but they're pretty cheap. You can get a small set of drill bits for less than $20. I also recommend a hand held pin vise to hold the bits, like this one for example: https://www.amazon.com/General-Tools-93-Adjustable-Vise/dp/B000COYPG4/ref=mp_s_a_1_2?crid=F75OTZALCXRZ&keywords=general+tools+pin+vise&qid=1658846248&sprefix=general+tools+pin+vise%2Caps%2C188&sr=8-2
Ryza are real easy for freehand, if you don't have the skill with brush yet, try to find a pen that can use real ink (not a sharpie) Ink pen these are life savers

I use these.
If you have access to a color laser printer, I recommend the following: Sunnyscopa Waterslide Transfer Paper. I used it to create transfers for my knights and it worked very well. They come in both clear and white. The only problem I had with them is they're a little flimsy, so be careful when you slide them off the paper, or you might end up ruining the transfer. They're also a little thicker than GW transfers, so even with Microsol and Microset you may still see an edge, especially with the white transfers.
There's some good tutorials online, but most often it requires drilling out shallow holes the size of your magnets (you can buy packs with 20-50 small, flat rare earth magnets) and super glue those bad boys in there. Let's you swap out weapon options.

I print the armor on the sprue. Where it connects to the sprue you will paint anyway. For the rest I use Blue Tack or Mounting Putty. Like this. Loctite Home and Office 2-ounce Pack Fun-tak Mounting Putty Tabs by Henkel Corporation https://www.amazon.com/dp/B018A3AG0W/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_i_ZCH4XS4XDZZN46RAFXHB You can find it at Target or most hardware or hobby stores. I use heavy duty painting stir sticks I got at Home Depot for mounting them. And I have one stick I have glued a bunch of bolts to that I use either with magnetic parts or just to elevate the parts I need more full surround coverage with.
I have been told that these work well, but I have never used them.
Thinned down Abbadon Black would work with a very fine tip brush. Just let the capillary action of the grove pull the paint where it needs to go, then wipe off the excess with a slightly damp paper towel. You can also touch-up as needed with your other colors.
I use this technique for both Knights and Tau, and it really does make the lines pop.
It would help to know where you are located. In my country there are a few printshops that print wateslide decals, but they won't ship internationally.
That being said, if you have a inkjet printer, you can also print them yourself. You should look for stuff like this.
Hope this helps!
