You're entirely right, we need to implement a way preventing folks from having duplicate columns. I'll add this to my todo list for tomorrow and get this implemented for 0.1.0.7, thanks!

I just looked into that comment and it appears Reddit sends this spoiler in a different format than the ones we've added support for. I've corrected the issue on the dev build and it will be fixed upon next release. The one's I added were the spoilers found in /r/rMasseffect's sidebar and they appeared to work in other subreddits as well.

Basically what title says. Reditr thought I wasn't subscribed and didn't create a column for the subreddit (happened to r/reditrbugs and r/reditr). I don't know if it's just these two or more.
Also, is there a way to remove things from the Quickview? I don't want to have links to f7u12 or trees or atheism, seeing as I never visit those subreddits.

I'm glad to hear it's working for you now!
If the problem happens again though I'd really appreciate it if you could come back to this post and paste what you see in chrome by right clicking the page, going to "inspect element" and then "console"

So if you go to reddit.com/submit you don't see something saying "are you human?"
after you try to make a post within Reditr, if you right click the page and hit "inspect element" then hit "console" do you see any errors?

Just as a brief update, there now seems to be numerous issues with the way Reditr handles binding macros (which is the cause of this problem), so we're going to redesign how we detect when macros are pushed which will (hopefully) resolve this issue amongst others.

All good suggestions and we will definitely incorporate all of this in an upcoming update (with regards to the submit button being on the far right and that being annoying to have to navigate over to submit, perhaps we could make it so hitting enter submits a reply, and holding shift + enter adds a new line).

I've been using the Chrome varient of Reditr for the most part so I haven't noticed any inconsistencies with the OS X client retaining information. For now on I'm going to use the OS X version and I'll report back if I'm able to isolate the problem here. Thanks for reporting it to us.

I've deleted it for you.
Thanks for being so understanding about this, I'll make sure a password recovery option is the next thing I add to the next release!

Hi,
If you drop me a PM with your email I will delete your account as so it can be recreated.
We will add a password recovery option at some point to avoid this!

It looks to me as if it's pulling other "hot" items to replace the ones which were deleted. I'm not certain we can eliminate this without completely turning off auto update features.

I've added the following into 0.1.0.7 as suggested by yourself:
Thanks again for your feedback!

Clicking pics in the "bar" and then the camera logo (which I suspect is the gallery feature?) it gives me this in the console
Uncaught TypeError: Cannot call method 'getPosts' of undefined reditr.min.js:23 Failed to load resource chrome-extension://ejmiceoebcclihjdpnmmkdcmcboekibc/js/otherThread.js Failed to load resource chrome-extension://ejmiceoebcclihjdpnmmkdcmcboekibc/css/stylesheet_light.css?1346252583833=true Uncaught TypeError: Object #<gallery> has no method 'getData' reditr.min.js:23

Gallery only works in subreddits that have thumbnails and have certain types of media on them like images, videos etc. I'll try to replicate the bug when I get home.

Skin changes on Reditr are cosmetic, so theoretically they shouldn't alter the performance of Reditr, and one skin should not cause more errors than another.

I'll try this out. It happens intermittedly. I've also had it happen when removing a column which is not the leftmost one, though that's only happend once or twice. Would giving you any console errors help track it down?
^Sent ^from ^Reditr
Doing as you've suggested doesn't make this happen, but whilst developing this occurred twice. I believe the problem is a glitch in webkit and occurs when we use many CSS transitions at once. If you go into settings, disable visual animations and refresh the app, does this still happen to you?

I just looked into the issue and it's on Reddit's end. When you switch to Controversial, this is the content it loads http://www.reddit.com/controversial/, and for some reason, Reddit keeps it blank.
